TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RECRUITMENT
(Offer of Employment)

I. POSITION DIESEL MECHANIC

2. TRADE TEST The Trade Test Certificate shall be required in original.

3. WORK LOCATION U.A.E.

4. SALARY Basic Dhs. 1000/- per month; Living Allowance- Ohs. 1000/-
per Month.

5. LEAVE TRAVEL ALLOWANCE Dhs.1500/- on the completion of every 2 years of service.

6. CONTRACT PERIOD (a) Unlimited.


(b) Commencement date: subject to the date of joining.
(c) Probationary period: six months from the date ofjoining.

7. VISA PROFESSION Your visa profession will be as per the Visa quota available from
the Minist1y, however your Job assignment will be as per the offered
job.

8. NOTICE PERIOD Your services with the Company can be tenninated by either party
after providing the other party with a notice period of one month.

9. DUTY HOURS 8 hours daily or on 8 hours day/night shift-basis as required.

IO. OVERTIME Must be canied out as and when required even during the Holy
month of Ramadhan. Payment will be made as per UAE Labor law

11. LEAVE 60 running days on completion of every 2 years of service (2 years of


service and 60 running days of paid leave thereafter). Leave and
travel facility can be availed on a pro-rata basis after a minimum
service period of one year from the date of joining / last leave return
date subject to approval. Leave can be accumulated for a maximum
period of two years from the date of eligibility. The unclaimed
privilege leave will lapse thereafter.

12. ACCOMMODATION Free semi-furnished air-conditioned sharing accommodation with


electricity and water by the Company in its Living Quarters.

13. MESS FACILITY To be airnnged by the employee as per the present policy.
Alternatively, the subsidized mess facility by the Company
may be made compulsory for the residents of the Living
Quarters. If so, the charges for the same will be applicable as
per the regulations of the Company from time to time.

14. TRANSPORT Company's Living Quarters/Job Site/Company's Living Quarters by


the Company.

15. SERVICE BENEFITS As per the U .A.E. Labor Law.

16. REPATRIATION PASSAGE By the Company, to the nearest international airport in the home
country, if the contract of employment is terminated by the Company.

17. EMBARKATION FORMALITIES The expenses towards the embarkation formalities in the
home-country shall be borne by the employee.

18. EMPLOYMENT VISA To be an·anged by the Company. This offer of employment is subject
to availability of employment visa under the company's sponsorship
from the authorities through any of the emirates in the UAE.
19. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) It is prohibited to work, canvass or act as commission agent for any
non-associated company, establishment, finn or freelance directly or
indirectly during the tenure of the contract unless otherwise agreed
upon in writing.
(b) You will carry-out other work besides your designated job when the
primary work is not available.
(c) You may be transferred to the daily- paid category or to a category
whose remuneration is paid weekly, hourly or by piece - rate as per
the policy of the Company.
(d) During the course of your employment, you are not authorized
to handle cash and/or cash related transaction without written
authorization from Dulsco.
(e) The provisions not mentioned herein wiII be in accordance
with the rules and regulations of the company.
(f) The company shall recover the recruiting expenses in case the
employee is responsible for breach of the contract of
employment.
(g) You will be governed by the U.A.E. Labor Law for any matter not
specified / applied here forth.
(h) You are required to bring with you IO copies of your passpo,t-size
color photograph ..
(i) You are required to can·y-with or anange an amount of U.A.E.
Dirhams 400/- or its equivalent thereof to meet the initial local
expenses in the U.A.E.
