My name is Edward Eaton II.
I have worked in many trades from exterior painting and restaurant management to warehouse and
factory work.
I am always ready to take on a challenge and I'm a team player. I believe in standing for what is right
for employees that work for me or with me as well as doing what is best for the company I represent.
I am easy to train, with an outgoing personality, and motivation to continue growing in my career.
The only thing I can't do is shave my beard. I say this because I believe if you are committing to

Assistant General Restaurant Manager

I first started as a crew member making pizzas and taking orders. Two weeks in I was promoted to a store
shift lead position. Shortly after the company lost our District Manager, General Manager, and Assistant
Manager assigned to our store. For six months I and my wife ran the store as shift leads, learning new
things along the way. I.e. inventory, labor control, hiring, terminating, deposits.
For about 45 days I helped run a store, going into overtime, but helping to build the sales and eventually
becoming Assistant Manager when my wife was promoted to General. In 2 weeks I had played a role in
helping bring the store sales from 8,000 weekly to 12,000 weekly.
I was gifted with a certificate by the team I over looked before leaving the company. The certificate was
for Commitment of Excellence. This was given to me by the store the day I left the company after refusing
to follow an order instructing me to sell expired foods after a Walk In cooler broke down for 2 days. I hold
this title with honor and I strive for excellence. If you hire me, I will help you build a strong and safe work

Recycled Goods Hauling Expert
TNT Recycling - Peoria, IL
March 2021 to August 2021
I assisted in collecting recycled materials. These materials would be sorted through after collection
throughout town. After sorting was completed it was then decided which materials could be used to
repair appliances and which ones would be scrapped. This also helped assist the community by removing
materials from environments that they could essentially be a danger to, if the clutter continued to build
up.
Exterior Painter

May 2012 to June 2016
I was employed by a private family business to help assist in repainting damaged walls on the exterior
of the clients homes or businesses.
I ascended extension ladders and used a scaffolding regularly to reach the trim and walls of taller
buildings. I have experience with air filtration masks, safety harnesses and tie off lines because of this.
There were times when the company would do certain volunteer work on homes damaged from fires
or storms at no cost to the clients. This helped keep certain communities we worked in standing and
motivated.
