Subject: Objection to Schengen Visa Refusal – Application Reference: AMM11907230022

Dear Mrs Victoria Eva Mendoza Giraldo,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally object to the recent decision to refuse my Schengen visa
application. My application reference number is AMM11907230022, and I applied for a Schengen visa to visit
Spain for tourism purposes from 15 of September 2023 to 25 of September 2023.

I am disappointed and surprised by the decision to refuse my visa application based on the reasons provided. The
grounds for the refusal appear to revolve around concerns related to hotel reservations, flight confirmations, and our
travel history to Spain. I would like to address each of these points in detail.

1. Hotel Reservation Policies: The refusal letter mentions concerns regarding hotel reservation policies. I
want to clarify that I selected accommodations in Madrid from 15 to 25 September, but the hotel
reservation policy offered a free cancellation period, and this is out of my control. This was done to
demonstrate my commitment to adhering to the Schengen regulations. I believe this evidence should have
mitigated any concerns regarding hotel reservations.

2. Confirmation of Flights and Hotel Reservations: I am particularly puzzled by the reference to a call
from your office to confirm our flights and hotel reservations on Monday 31 of July 2023. My family and I
indeed received a call during the application process, during which we provided accurate and verifiable
information about our intended travel itinerary. We understood this communication as a positive step
toward ensuring the authenticity of our application , we made a flight reservation from Amman to Madrid
on 15 september 2023 and from Madrid to Amman on 25 september. Thus, it is surprising that this was
cited as a reason for refusal.

Please find my ticket confirmation number on Royal Jordanian flight :

3. Previous Travel History to Spain: I would also like to draw attention to the fact that this is not our first
time visiting Spain. We have had the privilege of traveling to Spain in the past (August 2019), and I believe
our travel history should attest to our genuine intent to abide by all immigration regulations and return to
our home country promptly. Our track record should serve as evidence of our commitment to following
proper procedures.

In light of the above points, I kindly request a reconsideration of my visa application. I understand the importance of
maintaining the integrity of the visa process and appreciate the work done by the Spanish Embassy to ensure this.
However, I believe that the reasons for the refusal do not accurately reflect the strength of my application and the
steps I have taken to address any potential concerns.

Enclosed with this letter, you can find all the documentation in our application as a family to support my claims,
including copies of hotel reservation confirmations, flight itineraries, and evidence of previous visits to Spain. I hope
that upon reviewing this information, you will see fit to grant me the opportunity to visit Spain and contribute
positively to the local economy through tourism.

I remain enthusiastic about experiencing the rich culture and history of Spain and am committed to abiding by all
regulations during my visit. I am more than willing to provide any further documentation or information you may
require to facilitate a successful visa application.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to a favorable response.

Sincerely,

Abdel Raouf Talieb
