DSDM Training Report

This training was organized to provide knowledge on community-based differentiated service delivery models (DSDM) for HIV care and treatment, specifically the Patient-Centered Antiretroviral Drug Assistance (PCAD) and Community Antiretroviral Group (CAG) models. 58 community health workers participated in presentations, discussions, and activities on DSDM eligibility, enrollment processes, roles and responsibilities, and monitoring tools. The objectives were to improve quality of HIV services, health system efficiencies, and participant understanding of PCAD and CAG implementation. Evaluations found the training to be well-organized and effective at improving knowledge, though some issues with payment delays were noted.
