I am Wyndel Ann T. Cabanday, 26 years of age, a graduate of Misamis University with a Bachelor of
Science in Medical Technology. I passed the licensure examination of Medical Technology last August
20-21, 2022.

In my 2 years of prior experience I become knowledgeable in specimen collection and testing, and using
