Ante-Date Application

The Directorate of Post Clearance Audit filed a customs appeal against M/s Agar International regarding a case that was scheduled for a hearing on September 20th, 2022. However, the respondent's counsel had to attend another hearing before the learned Member Technical-II on the same date. As a result, the respondent has requested an earlier hearing. APPLICATION FOR ANTE-DATE

It is state that the case was fixed on 20.09.2022 the respondents


counsel was present in the court but due to another hearing he went to the
learned Member Technical-II, Karachi where another case was fixed.
Therefore, it is requested that an early hearing may please be given on the
circumstances that NTN of the respondent has been blocked by the
Bench through order dated 08.09.2022 therefore, this application may be
considered alongwith transfer application.

This application may be allowed in the interest of justice.
