formulate effective responses on behalf of your clients.
Collecting Success Stories: Interviewed biotech startup clients to collect information on
successful patent applications and intellectual property protections. We edited these stories
as marketing materials to illustrate the company's impact.
Comprehensive Patent Analysis: Analyse various biotech patents to identify general trends
such as: B. Often patented technologies or new areas of interest. This analysis provided
valuable insight into the patent landscape of the biotechnology industry.
Novelty Assessment: Assessment of the state of the art in relation to biotechnology patent
applications. Identified unique aspects and patentable subject matter and contributed to the
decision-making process for new patent applications.
Response Analysis: We analysed patent office actions received from various biotechnology
clients. Identified issues and potential strategies for resolving the auditor's concerns to
ensure a comprehensive and effective response.
Comparative Jurisdiction Study: An in-depth analysis of international biotechnology
patent law was conducted. It compares different national approaches to patenting
biotechnology innovations and identifies potential benefits and challenges.
Analysis of ethical considerations: Study the ethical implications of patenting
biotechnology innovations, especially in areas such as gene editing and genetically
modified organisms. Explore potential conflicts and social consequences.
IP protection strategies: Developed strategies for clients to secure intellectual property rights

During my internship, I attended a mock customer meeting. This is a hands-on exercise
that simulates a real-life interaction with a customer seeking intellectual property rights for
biotechnology innovation. These simulated scenarios allowed us to practice active
listening, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions. I learned to ask
relevant questions to gather information about the innovation's uniqueness and goals. These
exercises also helped me sharpen my communication skills and understand the importance
of strategies that are tailored based on individual client goals.
Technology Transfer Mock Negotiation Exercise:
In structured sham negotiations, I participated in negotiating technology transfer
agreements on biotechnology patents. This experience has provided insight into the
complex legal and business considerations involved in such negotiations. By working with
my colleagues, I have learned to balance mutual interests, protect intellectual property
rights, and ensure fair compensation. This exercise made us realize the importance of clear
communication, compromise and strategic thinking in reaching mutually beneficial

Customer workshop on the patent application process:
As part of a customer workshop focused on the patent application process for a biotech
start-up, I was actively involved in both the planning and execution stages. This allowed
me to improve my ability to explain complex concepts to non-legal audiences. During the
workshop, I shared insights on the patent application process from initial evaluation of
innovation to final application stage. By interacting with startup clients during the session,
I was able to experience firsthand how their questions and concerns were addressed.

dynamic experience. He has collaborated with colleagues from various departments to
