Whether all vessels certificates are available on board and still valid upon completion of loading to avoid
clearance problem and please fax or send via email attachment to us DOC, SMC, Port State Control
certificate as per Asia Pacific Region (last inspection not later than 6 months)
International Tonnage certificate and Deratting certificate, Maritime Declaration of Health, last 10 ports call
list
International Ship Security Cert (ISSC);Ship Security Officer Cert(SSO), Update crew list (urgent enable to
apply application to Indonesian seaccom dept)
