Job Responsibilities
● Make sure site activities is going on safe manners and shall follow proper work permit systems.
● Responsible for checking workers welfare facilities such as shelter, drinking water station, toilets, smoking
shelter and prayer shelter are available.
● Take immediate action and measures when an accident occurs. Project the scene and quickly report the
accident.
● Advising and instructing on various safety related and operational activities on topic via company
meetings, tool box talk and training.
● Conducting hazard identification and risk assessment and enforcing measures.
● To identify the unsafe condition, unsafe act, unsafe behavior and hazard observation with required
corrective action.
● Support the organization on OHS policies and programmes.
● Preparing HSE reports on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis and maintaining records related to H & S.
● Daily and Weekly HSE tours and inspection to ensure a safe working environment.
● Check and accept all construction machinery and tools used on site as per daily inspection checklist.
● Zero incidents and Zero accidents policy should be implemented at job site.

scaffolding safety.
