Greetings of peace and solidarity!

I am Sharmaine A. Guintapa, a Teacher I of Kapatagan National High School, Division of Lanao del Norte,
and I have been teaching in the Junior High School for four years. This is to express my intent to seek
transfer from the present school, Kapatagan National High School, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, to a
nearby school within the municipality of Linamon, specifically Samburon Integrated School, Samburon,
Linamon, Lanao del Norte for the following reasons to wit:

1. I am a bonafide resident and voter of Barangay Samburon;


2.  I spent so much on my transportation and allowance, and my salary is no longer enough to
support the needs of my family, so I need to transfer so as to lessen my expenses;
3. I travel almost two (2) hours back and forth every day.
4. As an individual with asthma, I am at risk of contracting any airborne/communicable disease
while traveling; and
5. Transferring to a near station will help me spend more time with my mother, who is currently
left alone at home as my father died last November 2021.

Considering the reasons stated above, and in consideration of my rights and privileges, I respectfully
request your good office to understand my circumstances and kindly consider my request to transfer.

Sir:

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have decided to transfer to another
school near our place. I have thoroughly considered this decision, and I believe it is in my best interest to
do so.

One of the primary reasons for my transfer is the distance between my current school and our house.
The daily commute has become quite challenging and time-consuming, which has affected my academic
performance and extracurricular activities. By transferring to a nearby school, I will be able to save a
considerable amount of time, which I can utilize to focus on my work and other activities.

I assure you that my decision is not based on any dissatisfaction with the quality of education or
opportunities provided by our school. On the contrary, I am grateful for the excellent education and
guidance that I have received here. However, I believe that transferring to a nearby school will be more
convenient for me, and I will be able to utilize my time and resources more efficiently.

I understand that transferring schools can be a complicated process, and I am willing to do whatever is
necessary to ensure a smooth transition. Please let me know if there is any paperwork or other
requirements that I need to complete. I am happy to provide any necessary documentation or
information to facilitate the transfer process.

Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. I appreciate all that our school has done
for me and will continue to do my best to represent our school's values and traditions.
