Final interview was very laid back and relaxed. A member of the recruitment team will have a 1 on 1 chat with you
and go through your cv and ask you generic customer service questions.

Update Assessment day :

First Stage: First Group Discussion

In the updated process following Emirates Airways' recent changes, participants are handed cards with different jobs
depicted on them and questions behind it. You are expected to choose a card, and discuss the skills or qualities
necessary for success in that role. Furthermore, you should articulate why you selected that particular profession.

Before giving your answer, it's necessary to represent yourself by giving next information:

- Your name
- Your age
- Your experience in hospitality and service in general

Second stage: English test

The test consists of two parts:

A Multi Choices questions - 10 in vocabulary and 10 in grammar

Compreension Test - text and 10 questions about understanding it

You will have 30 minutes for doing it.

Third stage: Second Group Discussion

New: There is no big changes, only topics and situations have modified.

For example:

1. You work at a hotel with two available rooms and six potential guests. Justify your selection of two
individuals.
2. You have three flight tickets remaining but need to choose three individuals out of five to receive them.

Explain your reasoning for each selection.

These are sample topics for the second group discussion, and there are various other variations.

Despite changes in themes and presentation nuances, the core principle remains unaltered - chose and explain
your decision.

- Your experience in hospitality and service in general
