Ginger Lime Old Fashioned
How to Make
Add Whiskey, simple syrup, and a dash of bitters (if available). Add ice
and top up with SOZO Salted Ginger and Lime soda. Stir in a rock glass.
Garnish with an orange twist .

Whiskey 50 ml.
Sugar Syrup 15 ml.

Passionfruit Iced Tea Spritzer

Gin 50 ml.
Lime Juice 10 ml.
Fresh Passionf ruit 1 nos.
SOZO Passionf ruit & Narang 50 ml.
SOZO Passionf ruit Iced Tea Soda

How to Make
Add Gin, SOZO Passionf ruit & Narang and f resh passion
f ruit pulp into a wine glass. Stir the ingredients. Top your
glass up with ice and add SOZO Passionf ruit Iced Tea
soda. Give it a small twirl with the bar spoon and a spoon
of passionf ruit pulp for the garnish.

SOZO’S Whiskey Sour
How to Make
Add Whiskey, SOZO Lime Crush, f resh lime juice, egg white and SOZO Citrus
Tonic along with simple syrup into a shaker.Add a dash of orange juice or if you
have bitters at your disposal, add 3 drops into the shaker. Dry shake without ice
f irst to make the foamy texture. Next add the ice and shake and strain into a
rock glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime or lemon slice.

Ingredients
Whiskey 50 ml. SOZO Citrus Tonic 25 ml.

SOZO Lime Crush 30 ml. Simple Syrup 15 ml.

Lime Juice 20 ml. Dash of Fresh Orange Juice

Egg White 15 ml. Garnish with Lime Slice

Mango Martini
How to Make
Add Gin, SOZO Mango & Passionf ruit
Nectar, SOZO Lime Crush and
Simple Syrup into a shaker. Fill with
ice, shake and double strain into a
martini glass. Garnish with a slice of
mango.

Ingredients
Gin 50 ml.

SOZO Mango &

Passionf ruit Nectar 50 ml.

SOZO Lime Crush 30 ml.

Simple Syrup 20 ml.

Fresh Mango Juice 30 ml.

How to Make
Blend 1 cucumber and 15 mint leaves into a cucumber and mint juice. Add
Vodka, Cucumber and mint juice, SOZO Citrus Green Iced Tea, lime crush, f resh
lime juice, egg white and simple syrup into a shaker. Dry shake to achieve
foamy texture. Strain into a rock glass. Add ice. Garnish with a cucumber peel
and dehydrated lemon wheel.

Ingredients
Vodka 50 ml.
Cucumber & Mint Juice 50 ml.
SOZO Citrus Green Iced Tea 50 ml.
SOZO Lime Crush 20 ml.
Egg White 15 ml.
Simple Syrup 20 ml.
Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish - Cucumber peel and dehydrated lemon wheel

Ingredients
Gin 50 ml.
Fresh Muddle
Blueberries 10 nos.
Fresh Mint Leaves 06 nos.
Simple Syrup 15 ml.
Juice of One Lemon

How to Make

Muddle f resh blueberries into a

highball glass, add mint leaves and
lemon juice along with gin and stir.
Add ice, and top up with SOZO
Blueberry and Lime soda and give it
a twirl with a bar spoon. Garnish with
f resh blueberries on a skewer and mint
leaf sprig.

How to Make
Add Arrack, cinnamon
sugar syrup, orange
juice and lime juice
into a highball glass.

Add ice and top up

with SOZO Ginger
Lemonade and stir.

Add Vodka, guava juice, simple syrup,

How to Make
Add Vodka, SOZO
Strawberry Lemonade,
lime juice, mint leaves
into a highball glass.
Steep one green tea bag
in SOZO Citrus Green
Iced Tea for 1 minute.
Add ice to your glass, and
top up with the green
tea soda infusion and stir.
Garnish with a mint leaf
and strawberry slice.

How to Make
Add Rum, king coconut, pineapple juice, lime juice into a wine glass
and add ice. Top up with SOZO Pinacolada soda, stir and garnish with a
pineapple wedge.

SOZO Whiskey Spritz

Whiskey 50 ml.
Lime Juice 15 ml.
SOZO Tamarind 25 ml.
Ginger Ale
Garnish with Lemon Slice

How to Make
Add Whiskey, lime juice, SOZO Tamarind juice into a
wine glass and stir to mix ingredients well. Add ice
and top up with ginger ale. Repeat the stirring process.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.

How to Make
Add Rum, SOZO Tamarind Juice and SOZO Lime Crush into a
shaker along with 4 kaff ir lime leaves and sugar syrup. Stir until the
tamarind juice dilutes. Add ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with two kaff ir lime leaves.
