SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, BERNARDITA V. POSADAS, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Purok Tapulanga,
Brgy. 34, Bacolod City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT OFELIA C. MARTIR, of legal age, Filipino
and a resident of Victoria St. Eroreco Subd., Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City, Philippines, to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, in my name and my behalf, to do and perform all or any of
the following acts:
1. To process/ facilitate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government
agencies to renew my Business permits, Authority to Print Business receipts and other
related permits, under such terms, conditions and covenants as my attorney in fact may
deem wise and proper;
2. To sign, execute and deliver any and all documents, papers, necessary for the
accomplishment of the purpose of these presents;
3. To make, sign, and
execute other writings of
whatever nature or kind,
with any and all third

concerns, for and in my
behalf, which may be
necessary for the release
5. of certificate of
dissolution of busine make, execute or
sign for and in my behalf any and all Promissory Note/s, Chattel Mortgage/s, debit
authorizations, debit memos, and any and all other documents or papers necessary to
evidence availment of the credit / loan facility, as well as to receive the loan proceeds as
well as all acts to be done or caused to be done in connection therewith
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING my said Attorney-in-Fact full powers and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to be done, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
