POSITION SUMMARY (general benchmark overview of the position, 1-3 sentences)
The Senior/Sales Engineer’s responsibility is to manage and generate sales and to undertake marketing activities within
his/her assigned projects or customers. He or she is also tasked to develop and service the particular designated market
and/or customers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (includes key and additional responsibilities)


Develop and maintain strong relationships with the designated Clients/Accounts
Grow sales and expand portfolio & value propositions of the designated Clients
Provide direct logistics and other commercial support to the Clients
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and professional order management and processing
Responsible for the Market Development assigned to her/him.
Conducts regular visits to Clients and attend to their requirements.
Does submission of related reports required by the Sales Department
Attends weekly Sales meeting & provide accurate sales forecast
Performs other related jobs entrusted by the Country Manager, (Watermark, CI workshop, etc.)

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Minimal experience, essential skills & abilities, required certification)
• Having a minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in direct sales and account management,
pump or otherwise at reputable companies
• Network in the mining industry – experience in direct interactions with target customers

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree (Diploma holder with extensive experience) – Technical degree preferred (mechanical, chemical,
environmental, electrical, physics)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (e.g. physical demands, work environment)
On site and travel to clients’ sites
