To enhance sales and develop new customers while ensuring customer satisfaction in delivery and quality.
Annual Collected Sales Revenue AED 5-10 Million
Position Dimensions (Directly Responsible for)
Cities being managed by position: As allocated
Principle Responsibilities
To ensure sales orders and inquiries are processed effectively
Build and sustain a business relationship with customers
Knowledge on pricing, Gross Profit, discounts, margin calculations

Understand companys products from a sales & technical perspective

Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new
clients

Responsible for the development and achievement of sales while growing and developing existing
clients, together with generating new business

Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business

Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions

Adept in Developing and Building long lasting relationship with end user and Decision Makers.

Adept in managing complex and Big Deals and winning rate contracts in favor of the organization.

Demonstrated Process Drive and Adherence to Systems.

Ability to assess and analyze self and Midas Market Position.


Explore new opportunities for achieving sales objectives

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Techniques (Basic/ Advanced/ Expert)


Degree: BE and MBA
Other: Should have worked in ERP/SAP environment
Experience Required
Total Experience in Years: 2 years.
Past Experience: B2B sales experience of Safety equipment is a must, an additional experience of
Industrial sales will be given preference

Internal Contacts: (All or Specific Departments): Purchase ,Sales and Logistics
External Contacts: All Purchasing /stores/acct &management.
