Dear Logan:

On behalf of Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. and our subsidiary company, Penske Logistics, LLC
("Penske"), I am pleased to extend an offer of employment working as a Truck Driver Military Apprentice in
our 542200.O&M−DCC/KENNSESAW GA (US) location. Based upon your position, duties, and level of
responsibility your base hourly rate will be $24.50 and you are eligible for overtime. Unless otherwise
required by state law, compensation for work in excess of 40 hours in a workweek will not be less than one
and one−half times (1.5) your regular rate of pay.

Paychecks are distributed to associates weekly, generally on Friday. In the event an associate receives
his/her paycheck via direct deposit, these deposits are also made available to associates weekly, generally
on Friday.

Full−Time associate will be eligible for healthcare benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of
continuous employment, under a Penske healthcare benefits package. If you are currently covered under
healthcare benefits from your current/prior employer, Penske will cover the costs to continue that coverage
for you for two (2) months until you are eligible for Penske's healthcare benefits. To do so you will need to
enroll in your current provider's COBRA coverage and submit proof of your payment directly to your
location manager for payment.

If you have never worked for Penske: Eligibility to participate in the Penske retirement plan will commence
on the first day of the month after 90 days of continuous employment. If you have previously worked for
Penske: Your waiting period for eligibility may be shorter. Please call MyPenskeHR at (855) 297−3675 to
discuss your eligibility to participate in the Penske retirement plan.
Please note that this employment offer is contingent upon the following pre−employment conditions:

• Successful completion of DOT physical with non−excepted interstate Medical Examiner's Certificate
within 48 hours of this offer letter, for determination of medical qualification, as required by DOT to
perform the essential job functions; and
• Successful completion of drug screening as soon as possible, within 48 hours of this offer letter;
receipt of successful drug test results; and
• Receipt of successful background check and employment history; and
• If you currently hold a CDL, and if applicable to the position, a satisfactory result from the FMCSA
Clearinghouse; and
• Successful completion of Penske−administered road test; and
• Successful completion of meet and greet discussion with location management; and
• Successful completion of the Employment Eligibility Verification (I−9) within your first 3 days of
employment; and successful verification of employment eligibility through E−Verify.

This offer of employment will expire in 3 business days from the date of this letter. Please confirm

What are the next steps?

• You will receive separate instructions via email from our background check provider Applicant
Insight with instructions on how to complete the background check application. You must complete
the background check application within the next 24−48 hours. If you have technical issues
completing your online background screening, please call 1−800−771−7703 option #3.
• Additionally, you will receive an email to schedule your clinical services and will be provided with an
electronic document (drug screening Chain of Custody Form and a Clinic Authorization Letter),
which you will be required to present at your appointment with the local clinic. If you have not
received these documents, please contact your driver hiring specialist via phone noted
earlier in this offer letter. You MUST complete your clinical services within 48 hours.
• If you are a CDL or CDL Permit holder and you will be working in a safety sensitive role, you MUST
register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse if you have not already done so. After completing your
background screening forms, you MUST log back into the Clearinghouse and provide
electronic consent in the Clearinghouse to allow Penske to conduct a full query of your
driver record. The link to register and provide consent to the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Your Driver Hiring Specialist or location manager will confirm your start date following notification of
successful completion of all pre−employment conditions.
• Per United States government regulations you will be required to complete an I9 Employment
Eligibility for prior to working for Penske. A link to our on−line form will be sent to you with
instructions to access the form, how to complete section 1, and a list of documents that you will
need to bring with you and present on your first day of employment.
