The fund also offered them a 50 percent grant therefore they only had to pay back 50 percent of the amount granted. ‘They were asked to submit all the necessary legal and financial documents including a business lan for assessment, In order to prepare @ business plan, they had to do market research and environmental impact analysis, so John and Sarah hired @ consultant to conduct the market esearch and the environmental impact analysis. The reports of the research and the environmental impact analysis were submitted and funding was approved. Based on the market research report, the business deciced to buy its spare parts and computer- riven machines from Japan through a forwarding agent. Josa Motors paid suppliers by electronic transfer and direct payment. The suppliers advised Josa Motors to use only one method of payment. Josa Motors was affected by the government policy which led to a deciine in sales and working capital.
