Problem Title: A Proposed Naturist Resort - "Euronat"

Site and Problem Description:

Palanan is a coastal town in Isabela Province enriched with natural resources. It is


one of the four remote and isolated coastal towns of Isabela facing the Philippine Sea on
the east and separated from the rest of the province by Sierra Madre Mountains. It has
fine white sand beaches teeming with sea life and the largest remaining rainforest in the
country. Lies in the Palanan is the Dicotcotan Beach; due to its isolated location, the
absence of tourist crowd makes it a truly amazing rest and rejuvenating destination,
where you can also enjoy the freshly caught bounty of the sea, perfect for a Naturist or
Nudist Resort.

A Naturist Resort (Euronat) is an establishment that provides accommodation (or at


least camping space) and other amenities for guests in a context where they are invited
to practice naturism - is a lifestyle of non-sexual social nudity. You are then
challenged by the client to plan and design a Naturist resort on a lot placed in the
beautiful Dicotcotan Beach of Palanan Isabela. (See attached file for your reference of
Site condition and Lot descriptions)
