COMES NOW, Petitioner Unto this Honorable Maritime industry Authority, respectfully states:
That Petitioner, MR. BOBET BALDESTAMON NUNIEZA is the business owner with principal office
address at Centro Pojo, Poblacion Bugasong, Antique, per attached DTI Business Registration, marked
as Annex A;
That the Petitioner is the new owner of BCF SHIPPING SERVICES by virtue of the Deed of
Absolute Sale dated 12th of September 2023 executed both by and between FINEIGHT INTERNATIONAL,
INC. , Seller and BCF SHIPPING SERVICES, Buyer wherein the ownership of the said vessel was
transferred to BCF SHIPPING SERVICES, a copy of Deed of Absolute Sale is hereto attached and marked
as Annex “B” for the vessel LCT “ GREEN DRAGON DOS” and made as an integral part of this petition;
That Petitioner is submitting the following documents: Certificate of Ownership of LCT “ GREEN
DRAGON DOS” , marked as Annex “C” and Certificate of Philippine Registry, marked as Annex “D” and
for cancellation by this Honorable Maritime Industry Authority. Likewise, copy attached, vessel name
clearance, marked as Annex “E”
That this Petition is hereby tendered to change the ownership of the vessel from FINEIGHT
INTERNATIONAL, INC. to BCF SHIPPING SERVICES, and change of vessel name from LCT “ GREEN
DRAGON DOS” to LCT “KING COBRA” .
That this Petition is hereby tendered.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED , it is most respectfully prayed that this Honorable
Maritime Industry Authority issued and order approving the Deed of Absolute Sale and the transfer of
Ownership and Change of Vessel Name.

age, Filipino, with principal office address at Centro Pojo, Poblacion Bugasong, Antique, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, THAT:
1. I caused the preparation of the above Petition;
2. I have read the contents of the said Petition, the contents of which are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief;
3. I have not commenced any other action or proceeding involving the same issues in
the Supreme Court (SC), the Court of Appeals (CA), or any other tribunal or agency ,
including MARINA Regional/Extension Office. If there is any such action or
proceeding which is either pending or may have been terminated, I will state the
status thereof; and,
4. If I should thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been filed or is
pending before the Supreme Court (SC), Court of Appeals (CA) , or any other tribunal
or agency, I undertake to report this fact within five (5) days there from to the court
or agency wherein the original pleading and this certification have been filed.
