Dear Sir,

Our Office regularly conducts inspections into illegal construction in the various barangays of the city. Last
week, an inspection was conducted in Brgy. Canlalay which resulted to the following findings:

1.) Illegal construction was found in Sitio Pagkakaisa (Camcam/ Biñan Village) owned by MR.
ROBERTO ABAÑO and MR. EDISON AMANTE which is in violation of the Provision of the
National Building Code of the Philippines (P.D 1096) as no Building Permit and proof of
ownership can be shown by the owners.
2.) Both Structures had on going construction activities at the time of the inspection

The office has issued two (2) Notices of Violation dated October 5 and October 6 and neither owners have
coordinated with our office regarding the notices issued to them. Attached are the copies of the Notices of
Violation for your reference.

Please coordinate with our office as to the action to be taken regarding this matter
