- Workforce diversity refers to a workforce wherein each individual has the equality of
treatment in an organization despite of their gender, culture, etc. It is good intervention in
an organization because as an individual, we have our own differences as well as uniqueness
especially when it comes to our strengths. Maybe my strength is someone’s weakness so,
workforce diversity comes a solution because of equal sights and treatments inside the
organization. Each member of the organization had the chance to perform and contribute
their work efforts for a better outcome of the organization. The main goals of the workforce

your co-employee and discuss about what is going through and maybe that a little bit help in
releasing the stress, talk and seek an advice to the higher position to ease the problem, and
encourage healthy lifestyle by joining wellness intervention. These things I guess could help
a stress employee to relaxed and escaped to the problem that are bothering their silence.

etc. that may lead employees to drop in work performance and cause them into depression.
In this kind of situation, a wellness intervention is a key to employee’s stress because when
we say wellness, it is a strategy to improve the health of each individual in the organization.
It is a set of programs to refresh the mind and body of employees. Their goals is to make the
employee relax, to meditate, to exhale and inhale a fresh air, and to heal their selves for a
couple of hours. These could help them release the anxieties brought by stressful works.

benefit the whole organization. For example, every technology has to make change and
improvement with their softwares to continuously hit in the market so as in organization. In
order to stand still and operate, the organization should also follow the trends. They will
provide training and seminars to all employees encouraging and adapting new changes. To
make the organization operates for a long run, they should adapt the continuous changes

assessing employee performance and make a plan in supporting the achievement of the
organization objectives and goals.
3. Can all organizational development interventions be institutionalized? If so, what conditions are
necessary to move toward institutionalization of organization development intervention?
- For me, an organization should be institutionalized because in here we practice in
developing a good relationship with different people and adapting their culture as well as
respecting each differences for the improvement of the organization. In order that an
organization move toward, they should implement training, gather feedbacks, and
extending the reward system so that the organization is still with the flow and could retain
talented employees.
