“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.”
- Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich.

Humans have always asserted that the mind is a complex, powerful thing, with billions
of neurons making up the complex organisms that are us. Because of this, the mind is
still a mystery. We have yet to deeply explore the untapped wonders of the mind, just
like we have yet to discover the rest of the Universe and the darkest depths of the seas.

However, some notable figures throughout history discovered one of the mind’s
most extraordinary powers: it’s that we have the ability to create our own reality and
transform our lives. There is absolutely nothing your mind cannot help you with.
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.” For many decades,
humans have made inventions that started the industrial revolution. Steam engines,
automobiles, cellular phones, the printing press—every piece of technology existing in this
world are products of the human mind. We have long dreamed of being given the power
to fly, and the Wright Brothers made that a reality by inventing airplanes. The world’s
most celebrated discoveries have all come from mere ideas.

Likewise, our mind gives us the power to reinvent ourselves and make our desires
come to fruition. The only problem is that some people don’t know about this. They
surrender to life’s challenges and just succumb to accepting what they have, failing to
dream about the many possibilities that can become their reality. A prime example of
people who have the most potential and brightest futures are the youth and students. For
the young, the world seems more significant, and life appears to have more possibilities
in their reach. Unfortunately, large student populations all over the world tend to feel
discouraged and helpless, unaware of the power of their minds.
Nowadays, students experience a lot of stress from school. Essays, projects, and
exams pile up their to-do list. Some suffer from the pressure to do well in college entrance
exams, on top of excelling in academics and extra-curricular activities. Some feel
pressured because they don’t know what they want to do in the future. Often, family and
personal problems are adding to the burden. Anxiety, depression, and other mental
disorders keep them from performing, feeling disappointed with themselves. In worse
case scenarios, they lose their sense of purpose, neglecting their overall health, and even
resorting to negative self-talk.

As discussed, people have overcome obstacles as long as they had the right mindset.
We often forget that the mind is a powerful tool. It carries the body forward even through
tough times. Positive thoughts uttered into words turn the impossible to reality, almost
like a superpower. The Universe receives the positive vibrations from those words, and
positivity echoes back to us. This is the power of affirmations; the power to conceive the
things we believe. Students who feel disheartened and anxious can set themselves up to
greatness again, just by saying positive statements every day.

Are positive affirmations mere superstitions? Definitely not. Science backs it up

with empirical data accumulated over the past decades. For example, in the “Self-
Affirmation Theory” by Claude Steele, he asserts that positive self-affirmations result in a
more resilient and optimistic outlook. First coined in 1988, other scientists have since
then confirmed through brain experiments, that the part of the brain associated with
positive self-value is electrified with constant practice of affirmations. If you are
struggling with anxiety and stress, you should definitely try this.

Positive self-affirmation can give you many benefits and will change you for the
better. First, you will notice that health-deteriorating stress lessens. You will be able to
endure challenges that would normally weigh you down. Second, you will excel more in
school. A study by Layous et al. showed that students who practice self-affirmations
experience a higher GPA over the course of their time in school. Third, you will succeed
more in life, because you have programmed yourself to learn from mistakes and work
towards improvement. Self-affirmation influences all aspects of your life, and when you
carry on this practice, the Universe will bless you more with positive energy.

It is time for you to regain control of yourself. Always remember that the mind is a
powerful tool. When used correctly, you can achieve great things. Stress, anxiety,
depression, and low self-esteem are all enemies you will always defeat, as long as you’re
affirmed and motivated. You will not regret attending to your mental needs. That is a
promise.

Yes, positive self-affirmations can help you believe in yourself again. However, you
need to commit and dedicate yourself. This will not be an easy task. There will be ups and
downs; you are human, after all. The world can be challenging, but by remembering the
reason why you’re doing this, you will eventually notice significant progress. Think of
yourself as a bank account: you can only withdraw what you deposit. Only when you
devote self-love, attention, and time to yourself will you experience good results.

You have neglected the power of your mind long enough. The time to be affirmed
is now. The time to succeed is now.
DEFINING YOUR GOALS AND
SHIFTING YOUR MINDSET

“We become what we think about.”

- Earl Nightingale

Such a profound statement. Your body consists of four dimensions: your mind,
energy, emotions, and physical body. If you align these four dimensions and direct it
towards one goal, that goal becomes your reality.

Have you ever wondered why some people can do things other people can’t do?
Ever wondered about how Steve Jobs, a college dropout, managed to become the CEO of
Apple? What about Kelly Clarkson, whose troubled childhood didn’t stop her from
becoming a successful singer, bagging a net worth of millions of dollars, and several
Grammy wins? Perhaps you’ve heard about how twelve publishers rejected J.K. Rowling’s
Harry Potter manuscript before reaching literary fame. Don’t forget about Oprah Winfrey.
This worldwide famous media personality and entrepreneur lived in severe poverty before
appearing in front of the camera. Sure enough, you’ve heard about people who managed
to accomplish things as if they had all the time and talent in the world, and you wonder
why you can’t.

That’s the thing. You wonder why you can’t. You perceive the glass to be half-
empty, rather than half-full. Your focus is directed to things that you don’t have or can’t
do, instead of thinking about how you can achieve those things. Failure after failure, you
let your overwhelmed mind control your performance, emotions, and energy. That’s what
happens when you have the wrong mindset.

Reflect on this: Was there ever a time in your life when you told yourself that you
couldn’t do something, and you weren’t able to? Of course, there was. Have you ever
stopped to think that maybe you didn’t do your best and that you just convinced yourself
to believe in the lie that you actually gave it your all? You told yourself that studying for
that Psychology quiz was impossible because of the ocean of terms you had to memorize,
giving up before you could even try. By the end of that quiz, you were amazed by that
student who had a high score. A high score on the quiz you thought was impossible to
study for.

A real-life example of a person who had the right mindset is Bethany Hamilton, an
American professional surfer. You may have watched the film Soul Surfer in 2011, starring
AnnaSophia Robb and Dennis Quaid. The film took inspiration from Bethany Hamilton’s
life; how she was able to surf again after having her left arm bitten by a shark. Typically,
a one-armed person wouldn’t be able to surf, because those four limbs provide balance
when standing on the surfboard. Everyone in her life told her that she had to quit
professional surfing, even the surgeons who operated on her. She felt like her purpose was
stripped away from her the moment she lost her arm. How can she surf? How can she
stand on the surfboard and ride the waves as it crashed on her skin again? Everyone told
her to give up on her life-long dream.

But she didn’t. A month later, she shifted focus from what she was missing to what
she can do to make up for it. Every day, she willed herself out of the comforts of her bed
and continuously practiced, even after falling into the water thousands of times. People
wouldn’t blame her if she stopped trying. Bethany could have just pursued another dream,
but she chose to remain a professional surfer. She didn’t mind having one less arm, but
the thought of not getting back on a board was what pushed her to keep trying. She knew
that if she shifted her mindset to positivity, the Universe would manifest her dreams into
her physical world.

How do you make the impossible possible? What are the specific steps with which
you can shift your mindset? First, believe that your thoughts are as real as your physical
body. Just because something is abstract doesn’t mean it’s non-existent. Love is real. The
wind is real—you can feel the breeze touching your skin. Your thoughts are just the same.
If you think you’re strong, then you have the capability to be strong. When you believe
you can be the top student in your class, then you can be the top student in your class.
Once you surrender to the Universe, all of those thoughts and images in your mind will
begin to materialize right before your eyes. Of course, if negative thoughts wrack your
brain, then that’s what will manifest for you.

Second, focus on making independent thoughts. Of course, there is some value in

other people’s opinions. There are friends, families, and teachers who want the best for
you, but you have to dictate your own thoughts. You have the power to control your
thoughts and shift your mindset. Once other people, or some other external
circumstances, tell you that you can’t do it, don’t let that affect you. Don’t get me wrong:
focusing on making independent thoughts is not equivalent to being indifferent to other
people’s needs or opinions. You just have to learn how to distinguish what is right for you.
Interpret those external forces without sinking into self-depreciation. Instead of breeding
an “I don’t care about what you think” attitude, develop an “I have the power to dictate
my thoughts” attitude. You know yourself better than anyone, but don’t ignore the people
who care for you, respect their opinions.

Third, take control of your mind. Even without other people bringing us down, we
become our greatest enemies. Most people believe that they are incapable of controlling
their minds because they think it’s a separate entity. Remember that the mind is a
powerful tool, but more than that, it is part of you, and in fact, it is you. You have the
power to take charge of your mind, and not the other way around. Some people resort to
thinking the latter because it is a form of self-preservation. When you cheat yourself into
thinking that your mind is beyond your control, you will lose sight of your dreams and
goals.

After shifting your mindset for the better, you have to define your goals and stick
to it. First, you have to redirect your focus. Don’t concentrate on what you are missing.
Embody the “glass is half-full” attitude. Just because you don’t have something doesn’t
mean it’s not on its way to you. Don’t focus on your lack of memorization or multi-tasking
skills; research on some techniques which can help you improve on that. Don’t
concentrate on the thought that you can’t be a great leader. Instead, redirect your
thoughts to the fact that you can be one. Think and act with the mind to improve and
grow.

Second, define your goal. What is it that you really want? What kind of person do
you want to become? Are you aiming to get into your dream university? Or perhaps, you
just want to overcome your anxieties? Of course, you need to start with something small.
If your goal is something big, divide that ultimate goal into smaller, more doable steps.

For example, you want to get into your dream university. How can you do that?
Divide it into several steps.

For example:

One, do some research on their application process. Gather some

information from the internet or other people.

Two, study smart for exams. Create a study plan. List down the
topics you want to improve on.

Three, prepare for the interview. Make up a list of possible questions.

Why do you want to study here? What can you contribute to the course you
applied for?

Four, ask for some advice from your guidance counselor. Talk to your
teachers, too. In the process, do not lose sight of who you are. They may give
good advice, but in the end, you know yourself best.

The third step in defining your goals is to have confidence when saying your
affirmations. Believe it, and you will see results. Don’t begin with “I hope” or “I wish.”
Statements like that imply a degree of uncertainty. Act like you are already your higher
self, and that you have already accomplished your goals. Start your affirmations with “I
am,” as if you already are. Align your body in a good, assertive posture, and speak with
the power of your diaphragm. Have a steady intonation. Affirm yourself with all your
heart.

The fourth thing you need to do is to practice daily discipline. Be consistent and
unwavering when it comes to your positive self-affirmations. Recognize the power of
habits and use that to your advantage. For example, you want to ace your exams. Every
day, condition your mind to succeed. Whenever you feel like skipping a study session,
take a pause, and remember why you’re doing this. Breathe and inhale success. Be the
person who wants to ace their exams.

Of course, don’t forget that rest is essential to reinvigorate your mind and body.
When it starts to feel like your mind is getting distracted, or when you feel like the four
dimensions of your body breaks away from its alignment, you have the power to get back
right on track.

The importance of staying focused and being consistent is that you will not forget
your goals. It’s very much like mastering how to drive a car. When you drive, you look at
your rearview and side mirrors for only split seconds, but you have to look ahead for the
most part. And get this: you don’t look at the road immediately in front of your car. You
have to set your gaze at a fixed point, some distances away. This widens your horizon and
gives you a clearer picture. Focus also removes distractions. You know where you’re
headed, and the few bumps on the road won’t hinder you from attaining progress. When
you program yourself to concentrate, you make a habit out of it and become consistent.
Every second, you’re nearer to your destination, with full knowledge that you will
eventually get there.
WHAT ARE AFFIRMATIONS?

Affirmations are statements that influence your mind to become goal-oriented. It

affects your thinking, which in turn affects your behavior, habits, and performance. You
become what you think about.

How does the subconscious mind make affirmations work? First, you have to
understand the functions of the subconscious mind. In essence, it retrieves and stores
data from your nervous system. Simultaneously, it maintains homeostasis in your body.
What does that mean? Basically, it keeps your body from going haywire. It controls your
breathing, temperature, as well as your reflexes based on your comfort zones. This is what
allows you to remain consistent with your thinking and actions. Consider this as your
mental programming, but as I mentioned, you have the power to control this.

If in the past, your subconscious mind tells your body to go into panic mode
whenever you’re required to pass a 2000-word essay in three days, then you’re most likely
going to go into the same pattern when you encounter a similar situation. If you’re used
to snoozing your 7:30 A.M. alarm and being late for first period, then you’re most likely
going to hit that snooze button again. However, when you start to condition yourself to
do otherwise—to push your way through writing 2000 words or to forcefully open your
eyes when you hear the alarm bells—then you’re able to reprogram yourself for the better.

This works the same way for affirmations. Think of the affirmations as the “new
codes” that you input into the program. Your subconscious mind takes in the positive
statements and gradually uses that to re-condition yourself. When you utter the words, “I
am an early riser,” you will become just that. When you believe that you can finish your
2000-word essay in three days, you will be able to. And with flying colors.
The mind is a powerful tool, yes. It is a tool that wields words with that same level
of power. Words are borne from thoughts, and if they are positive, it also attracts positive
things. When you utter affirmations to yourself, you can hear it. You take in those
vibrations, and your body dances with it until your goals take form in your physical world:
Behold, the power of affirmations.

There are different techniques that you can do to increase the effects of your
affirmations. First, use the words “I am” or “I choose” at the very start. As mentioned
before, don’t begin with, “I hope,” “I wish,” or “I want.” It is not as powerful and as
confident as the words “I am” because it entails some levels of uncertainty. Formulate
your affirmations with conviction. With that said, create them in such a way that it speaks
to the present you. To what you are now. I AM beautiful. I AM excellent in math. I FACE
challenges not with anxiety, but with a clear head. Only use the present tense, because
nothing else is as absolute as the Now.

Second, say your affirmations immediately after you wake up and before you go to
bed. In the morning, already set yourself up for success by uttering your affirmations. Say,
“I am a smart student” with a smile on your face. Allow it to be the first thing in your mind.
Its positive vibrations will echo throughout your day and improve your mood, like how a
good, healthy breakfast keeps you energetic. At night, flooding your brain with positive
thoughts will ensure that you will get a good night’s sleep. Have you ever noticed that the
last thing on your mind can sometimes manifest in your dreams one way or another? For
example, if you go to bed feeling like you won’t be able to do well on tomorrow’s quiz,
you’ll most likely dream about it and feel groggy when you wake up. This is why it’s crucial
to go to sleep thinking about your positive affirmations. It will register deeply into your
subconscious, and when you wake up, you will feel like you can conquer the day.

Third, be consistent with your repetitions. Plan out your affirmation sessions.
Determine how many times you say it to yourself and make a habit out of it. For example,
if your affirmation is “I am a straight-A student,” you can choose whether to say it twice,
thrice, et cetera.
Fourth, get into the zone with music. Practicing positive self-affirmation is similar
to meditation. For the latter, most people find it more effective when playing ambiance or
nature music in the background. The frequencies from the soothing music open the mind
and remove all negative thoughts. It also aids in concentration.

Fifth, say them slower and louder. When you enunciate your affirmations clearly,
the vibrations are more prominent, and it sticks to your mind. Likewise, as you repeat
them speak with more conviction. Use your diaphragm to support your voice, and
envision the Universe listening to you. You engage your mind and body more, and your
energy spikes up. Of course, this is only advisable if you are alone. You wouldn’t want your
next-door neighbor to hear you shout, “I am an early riser!” during the early hours of the
morning, do you?

Sixth, write it down. You can write it on a card or the first page of your planner. If
you have good editing skills, make a desktop or phone wallpaper with your affirmations
in the middle. Words etched on paper or on screen become more real to you. You can look
at those words wherever you are at any time of the day. This provides additional
reinforcement.

Seventh, do deep breathing exercises. This is another practice taken from

meditation, but it could be very effective for you. Before you begin your affirmations,
prepare yourself for it by breathing. When you inhale, envision yourself taking in all the
good, positive energy that the Universe offers you. And when you exhale, envision yourself
releasing all toxicity, doubt, and negative thoughts. Make sure that you breathe slow, and
that your inhalation is as long as your exhalation. Release all tension from your face, neck,
and shoulders. By doing so, you help your mind and body relax, and you realign the four
dimensions of your body as you begin.

Eighth, visualize. Amplify the power of your imagination. When you tell yourself,
“I am a straight A+ student,” imagine yourself as one. Replicate the joy of knowing you
excelled in school. When you tell yourself “I am a survivor of depression,” envision
yourself with a smile, your body oozing with positivity, while the sunlight strikes you with
warmth. Place into your imagination the things that you want to attract. Remember the
feeling of achieving that, and eventually, it will all come to fruition.

These are only some of the steps that you can do to increase the effectiveness of
your positive affirmations. Of course, explore what feels right for you. We are all different
people, and our differences imply that we can achieve goals in our own unique ways.

Trust in the power of words and your subconscious mind. Keep in mind that your
thoughts are real, and whatever you think about, you become.
AFFIRMATIONS FOR SELF-
DEVELOPMENT

This chapter focuses on affirmations for self-development and focus. You affirm
that you’re improving every day and that you have the power to concentrate on your goals
and achieve them. There will be ten affirmations.

Like in the previous chapter, you will say each affirmation twice and repeat them
out loud. Once again, breathe in, breathe out. Open your mind to the endless possibilities
of the Universe. Envision the four dimensions of your body aligning towards one goal.

Let’s begin:

I focus on my goals and stick to them.

I improve every day.

I excel in managing my time.

It’s okay not to know everything.

I have the power to turn my weaknesses into strengths.

No matter how small it is, I always make great progress.

Every day, I am one step closer to my goal.

I am the master of my fate.

I always choose productivity.

Giving up is not an option.

Everyday, in every way, I am getting better and better.

Every failure can be a learning experience.

I am worthy of positive relationships in my life.

I wish happiness and success for everyone.

I take small steps everyday to be more healthy.

I’m dedicated to self improvement.

If I want something I’ve never had, I must do something I’ve never done.

Everyone has something to teach me.

I can overcome any obstacle.

Once again, you may repeat this to yourself. Do this in the morning and evening.
Consistency and confidence are the keys to effective positive affirmations.
AFFIRMATIONS FOR CONFIDENCE
AND SELF BELIEF

For this last chapter, we will focus on affirmations for confidence and self-belief. It
is essential to have unwavering trust in your capabilities, but always with the mind to
improve. If you’re used to putting yourself down, never do that again. Lift yourself back
up. You are capable, strong, and talented, and the Universe knows this. You should know
this, too.

Let’s begin:

I believe in myself.

I am confident and courageous.

I have the power to do anything.

I accept myself for who I am.

I am unique in a good way.

I have amazing potential.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I always step outside of my comfort zone.

Nobody is perfect, and because of that, I embrace my flaws.

Today, I seize the day.

I have many strengths, skills, and talents.

My anxiety is motivation to change or improve.

I can overcome obstacles in my life.

Stepping outside of my comfort zone is necessary for growth.

When people get to know me, they really like me.

I participate in life, I don’t wait for it to happen.

I will be more conscious when acting and making decisions.

I love and accept my body.

Today, I open my mind to the endless opportunities surrounding me.

I am grateful for the people in my life.

I’m optimistic about the future.

I’m productive in achieving what I want in life.

My life is filled with possibilities.

Repeat this to yourself daily, and whenever you feel like you’re about to drown in
self-doubt. Embody confidence. Be proud. The positive energy you channel is paying off
and bringing you closer to success.
AFFIRMATIONS FOR STUDENTS

If you are having a hard time making your affirmations, do not worry. This chapter
provides a list of twenty positive affirmations that you can say daily. If you want to affirm
yourself as a highly-capable student—somebody who gets good grades works well under
pressure and manages time and stress well, then this practice will be a good fit for you.

In this chapter, you will be repeating the phrases out loud. Say them with
confidence and conviction. Visualize yourself and believe that each statement is already
true. Trust that the Universe will manifest everything for you. Incorporate the techniques
you learned from the previous chapter and focus on your positive energy.

Inhale deep, then exhale. Throughout the affirmation session, just breathe steadily
and sit up straight. You can place your hands wherever feels comfortable, but I encourage
you to open your palms as you ready yourself to receive the positive vibrations from the
Universe.

Let’s begin:

I am a good student.

I am bigger than my exams.

The only person I will compare myself to is the better version of myself.

I am intelligent in my own way.

I finish my projects before the deadline.

I choose to learn from my past failures before letting them go.

I am a capable leader and follower.

I am acing all my tests.

I enjoy learning.

I am kind to everybody in my school.

There is always something to learn from other people.

I am defeating my anxieties.

I am attentive to my lectures.

I actively participate in class.

My dreams are my reality.

I have the power to become better.

I have the knowledge and critical thinking to make smart decisions.

I make significant contributions to the class.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

Just like how I am kind to others, I am also kind to myself.

I attract success and achievements.

All of my problems have solutions.

Today I am a leader.

Today is going to be a great day.

I stand up for what I believe in.

I believe in my goals and dreams.

I can do anything I put my mind to.

I have the power to make my dreams true.

I believe in myself and my abilities.

I surround myself with positive people.

No matter how hard it is, I can do it.

I am excited to learn something new today

My ability to learn is improving every day

I learn from my challenges and always find ways to overcome them

Don’t forget to be consistent; you may say these affirmations multiple times in a
day. When you go to school, remember these statements, and approach each teacher,
student, and lecture with an open and enthusiastic mind. When you end your day, reach
into yourself and look back on how you were. Focus on improving, and remember, don’t
be too hard on yourself, especially when you’ve just begun practicing your affirmations.
SUBLIMINAL AUDIO

Subliminal means anything that influences our perception without our being aware of it.
Subliminal audio is used to send verbal information which is not perceptible by the
conscious mind and is embedded in other verbal medium like music or sounds of nature.
But the subconscious mind is able to process subliminal audio messages.

In our daily life our conscious mind comes across numerous subliminal messages and it
is impossible for the conscious mind to register and act on all of these. The unconscious
mind filters these messages and we will be aware of only those messages that are needed
at that time. So, if we listen to the same subliminal message frequently, it will get stored
in our unconscious mind and will start influencing our behavior.

Subliminal audio makes use of this power of the subconscious mind to process
information that we are not aware of.

A subliminal audio contains music or sounds of nature at the audible level and this could
be deciphered by the conscious mind. Below this audible level, the subliminal messages
are embedded which only the unconscious mind can process. When this subliminal audio
is played, our subconscious mind will be influenced by the subliminal message in the
audio. Listening to the same audio frequently will bring about changes in your behavior.

Subliminal audio works on the basis that it is the human mind that makes things happen
for you and that all other factors are secondary. When using subliminal messages for
bringing positive changes in you, what you are actually doing is gaining access to the
subconscious mind bypassing the logical mind. When the positive words are repeated
subliminally under a soothing audible level like soft music, you are actually setting the
stage for these words to register in your subconscious mind.

Subliminal audio could definitely bring about positive changes in you.

An Introduction to Subliminal Messages

How It All Started?

Subliminal messaging is a well-researched science that changed the world of advertising

in the 1950s. The subconscious mind is said to be picking up messages all the time and
this information that the subconscious picks up without even your knowledge about it is
known as subliminal messaging. In the 1950s several advertisers used this technique to
sell their products to prospective customers. However, in 1974, the US government
banned the use of subliminal messaging over radio and television as they believed that it
gave too much of an advantage to companies and advertisers.

The Practice Today

Today, subliminal messages are still in use and several eminent gurus such as Derren
Brown, Anthony Robins and Tiger Woods have vouched for the effectiveness of the
technique used in subliminal messaging. The technique can be utilized to improve your
life and you can easily achieve the goals that you have set out in your life if you regularly
listen to such subliminal audio messages. Whether it is personality development, weight
loss, educational success or corporate success, the technique of subliminal audio
messaging has provided success to persons from a wide range of fields and with each
passing day more and more people are registering for it and vouching for its success.

The Technique Involved

Subliminal messaging utilizes the technique of either visual stimulation or by sound.

Subliminal audio messaging involves repeating some powerful sentences into your ears
that gets registered into your subconscious mind and helps you to achieve your goals.
Visual messaging utilizes the flashing technique to display messages on your computer
screen regularly so that your subconscious mind picks up the messages without you even
realizing about it.
The effectiveness of subliminal messages and subliminal audio cannot be overemphasized

Positive Affirmation and Subliminal Confidence Builders

Building self-confidence is the ultimate goal of every person in that world. It does not
matter if you are still a young teenager or a mature man. It does not matter also if you are
working in a kitchen or you are executive manager of a company. Everybody needs self-
confidence to live without stress.

If you have strong self-confidence then:

You won't think thousand times before you talk to someone you like
You won't spend hours thinking what people would say about your new haircut and
whether they would like it or not.
You won't feel cold sweat when you are asked to speak to the public
You won't deprive yourself from food as you want people to see you beautiful
You won't abandon your food diet because you think that failure is the only result you can
get.

Self-confidence influences every bit of our lives and that what made the subliminal
messages very important. If you tried any of the self-confidence improvement therapies
then you know the most difficult part is to convince yourself that you are feeling confident.

Here comes the role of the positive affirmations sent through subliminal messages. You
can consider the subliminal messages as a speedy mail service that delivers the positive
affirmations directly inside your mind.
In other words, subliminal messages will "convince" your conscious mind that you are
confident through posting affirmation messages in your subconscious. In this case, you
do not need to convince your mind with anything as it is already convinced. All you need
to do is to start acting confidently and this is the easiest part of the therapy.

Subliminal messages are very powerful yet, very easy to use and apply. All you need to do
is to listen to some tracks of nature sounds while you are relaxed and see the difference
by yourself.

Become More Positive in All Areas of Your Life with Subliminal

Messages

You may be totally unaware of this fact, but very often, we become bogged down with our
own thinking. People tend to become negative and stressed under the constant pressures
of the workplace and our daily lives. By changing the way we think with subliminal
messages, we can actually transform our thought processes to become more positive, and
this positive change affects all areas of our lives.

There are three main ways to induce positive thought with subliminal messages. These
are:

Subliminal audio files

Subliminal text and words
Subliminal images
Using audio files or simply positive, upbeat music or sound effects, you can alter your
entire mood throughout the day, changing it to one that is more positive. The power of
music cannot be underestimated, and it undoubtedly has an effect on our moods. The
power of words as well, whether they are through audio or text, is another method of
changing thoughts from negative to positive to create a happier, more content state of
mind.

Subliminal images can come in the shape of pictures placed around the home or office, or
simply by changing your office view to a window or scenic image. This way you can remind
yourself subliminally of the natural world throughout the day, creating a calmer and less
cluttered frame of mind. Or, you can put pictures around the home or office that remind
you of positive things, such as family, nature, or anywhere that induces a positive frame
of mind for you.

Subliminal messages and their amazing power to create positive thought should not be
underestimated. You can find ways to surround yourself with positive subliminal
messages at online stores and websites that offer products of this nature. A bit of research
goes a long way in creating a happier, more positive frame of mind that will benefit you
for the rest of your life, no matter where you may be.

CONCLUSION

Challenges will make you realize your true potential, but that is only if you push
through. When you feel like you won’t be able to finish a project on time, or when you are
drowning with anxieties and expectations from other people, don’t take the easy way out
by doubting yourself and quitting. Diamonds form under intense pressure; be like one.
Use your mind’s power to lift you up and conjure dreams into reality.

Defining your goals and shifting your mindset is the first step in this journey
towards success. Remember to trust in the power of habits and words. Consistency and
confidence are the key things that increase the effectiveness of your affirmations. More
than that, you can certainly try different techniques, as discussed. Determine what works
best for you.

Remember to face life’s challenges with your head up, but know that it is perfectly
normal to be afraid, stressed, or discouraged. What makes human beings extraordinary
is not our perfection, but our flaws and our ability to turn those flaws into endless
possibilities. Stay firm on your ground and focus on your positive energy. You have so
much more strength than you let on.

The fact that you are willing to change for the better is proof that your mind, body,
and soul are aware and aligned towards one goal. Keep that alignment. When it all feels
like you have nothing in hand to fight your problems, remember the powerful tool that is
your mind.

“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.”

Envision your success, utter your affirmations with conviction, focus on always
growing and improving, and truly believe that your dreams and goals are on its way to
you.
