Standard Title Block

This document provides formatting guidelines for Plate No. 1: Architectural Drawings. Students should submit a 20x30 tracing paper landscape layout in JPEG or PDF format with the filename indicating section, surname, and plate number. Guidelines of Architectural
hand lettering
• Lettering is generally done in capital letters
• Different sizes of letters are used for different
purpose
• The main titles are generally written in 6 mm to 8
mm sizes
• Subtitles are written in 3 mm to 5 mm sizes
• The width of majority letters is equal to the height
