Dear Aiven,

It is with deep regret that I share with you this letter as notice of my resignation from my
position as Senior Account Executive from Kimaiven Corporate Management, effective date
30th September 2023. I understand that moving a new person into this role may take some and
I would like to do my best to offer as much notice for as smooth and seamless transition
possible.

I would also like to extend my most sincere thanks for the many opportunities you have
afforded me over the past 4 years. During my tenure at Kimaiven Corporate Management, I
have learned a great deal and grown both personally and professionally this is thanks to your
support and guidance.

Please feel free to get in touch with me about any tasks I’ve been working on, or if there’s
anything I can do to support you during this transition phase. I’m happy to do my best to
