AFFIDAVIT OF RECOVERY

I, MARIA GINA IGOT LIM, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Pajo, Lapu-
Lapu City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law deposes and
state:
1. That I am the heir of a parcel of land situated at Barrio Sangi, City of Lapu-Lapu, Island
of Mactan contained in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 10742, more particularly
described as follows;
A parcel of land (Lot 735-D-1 of the subdivision plan (LRC) psd-202859, being a
portion of Lot 735-D, described on plan (LRC) psd-124792, L.R.C (CIRO) cad.
Record No. 905), situated in the Barrio of sangi, City of Lapu-Lapu, Island of
Mactan. X X X CONTAINING AN AREA OF THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (385)
SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS X X X

2. That I previously executed an Affidavit of Loss on September 12, 2006, in relation to


TCT No. 10742, stating that the owner’s duplicate of Certificate of Title was lost and
could not be located;

3. However, sometime on month of _____, around ____, my daughter was able to


locate the alleged lost subject title during the general clean-up of the house;

4. That pursuant to the recovery of the said Transfer Certificate of Title No. 10742.
Affiant request to remove the Entry No. 2826-V-XXX-D.B. “AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS”;

5. I hereby certify that the statements made herein are true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief; and

6. I am executing the instant Affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing statements
and for the purpose of requesting the Registry of Deeds to remove the entry on the
subject title and recognize the same as the true and subsisting title.

IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, We have hereunto affixed our signature this 1st day of September,
2022, at Cebu City, Philippines.
