In according ta the EEOC. | am requesting reasonable accommodation under
Rehabilitation ACT of 1973. | am soliciting a modification or flexibility on my
regular working hours in my GS-9 position LCSR but warking a lower position CSR
(TSR) GS- 8 doing customer services over the phone 8 hours daily before
pandemic of Covid-I9. At present, | am protected under FMLA regulation and | am
participating in VLTP due to my severed complications of several chronic and
impairments conditions that made to me out of my work. Actually | am continuing
under observation and medical treatment.
| am suffering a lat all back pain and hips due to prosthesis inserted in lumbar
spine and other complete prosthesis in right hip and avascular necrasis in left
hip. | have to work sitting 8 hours daily five day on weeks to accomplish with the
essential tasks. The severe pains begin to worsen late at noon of the day due to
prolonged sitting posture to doing labor duties. Actually, | am suffering of severe
Ory Eye Syndrome, Cataract and Ocular Rosacea. These inflammatory syndrome
provoke burning sensation, Itchy eyes, aching sensations, heavy eyes, fatigued
eyes, sore eyes, dryness sensation, red eyes, photophobia (light sensitivity)
Blurred vision and severe pain in the eyes. This condition could worsen symptoms.
with prolonged and visual exposure to the computer late at the day. The
treatment therapy required several time different prescription drops using
during the day. Given the unexpected circumstances | request flexibility will be
reduce working hours two (2) hours per day at late out of my work schedule. This
