SDS GHS Sections

This document outlines the 16 standardized sections that must be included in a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), as well as a brief description of the information provided in each section. The sections include: identification, hazards, composition, first aid measures, fire fighting, accidental release measures, handling and storage, exposure controls, physical properties, stability and reactivity, toxicological information, ecological information, disposal considerations, transport information, regulatory information, and other information. The SDS provides important safety information about chemical products in a consistent format.
