Beginner's Crochet Frog Pattern

● #6 super bulky yarn
● 5.5mm hook
● 8mm safety eyes
● Black and pink yarn
● Scissors
● Yarn needle
● Fibrefill stuffing

Notes
● This pattern is made in continuous rounds
● A stitch marker should be used at the beginning of each round

1. Starting in 2nd ch from hook, 4 sc, Inc, 4 sc, Inc (12)
2. 5 sc, Inc, 5 sc, Inc (14)
3-8. Sc around
9. Inc, 6 sc, Inc, 6 sc (16)
10. 2 Inc, 6 sc, 2 Inc, 6 sc (18)
Slst, FO. Insert safety eyes in between rows 9 & 10 5 stitches apart,
stuff body. Sew top of frog shut

Legs
For legs position them with one at each bottom corner on row 2 and
then and then on either side of the body on row 6

Create a Slst on your hook and insert into body, ch 13, sc in 2nd ch
from hook, ch1, sc into previous stitch, slst 11 down ch, slst back into
body and FO.

You should have 2 ends after creating a leg, weave both of the ends
to a random stitch tie 2 or 3 knots and stuff inside body

Repeat this same process for all 4 legs

Face details
Taking the black yarn stitch a smile over row 8 about 3 stitches wide

Take the pink yarn and stitch on the blush between rows 8 and 9 at
the corners of the smile
