1. INTRODUCTION

We confirm that UNISA has appointed us to design a nose-in maintenance hangar for a Cessna 172R Skyhawk located at O.R. Tambo
International Airport.

2. DISCUSSION

It was required to investigate various architectural and structural aspects of a hangar. Two sketch plans were presented to the Client for
approval after all the necessary requirements were discussed. Once we received
final approval, the working drawings, designs and a BOQ were compiled and submitted.
