that he is clearly the theif as we have an eye witness.

T Lawyer: Excuse me your honor but all of the evid he has and witnesss are biased or circumstantial at
most as Mr. Dickinson has had a history of misidentifying his oppoents during his trials and due
to his old age and the fact that my client has said that he had gotten into multiple disputes with
the store owner for dating his daughter.

O lawyer: Objection your honor! Relevance to the case of the plaintiff’s personal affairs

Judge: Objection sustained

O lawyer: I would to call Mr Dickinson

Mr Dickinson: (walks to the stand and puts a hand on thee bible and the other at a right angle to the
side of him)

Marshall: Do you wish to say the truth and nothing but the truth

Mr Dickinson: Yes

Marshall: So help you god

O lawyer: Where were last night last month

Mr Dickinson: I was the register counting all of my money for the day

O lawyer: And what was Mr Willaims doing at that time

Mr Dickinson: he was interring my store while his friend stood outside the door watching him, one of
them had a tatoo of a headless angel on his arm. Suddenly he started grabbing somethings at the side of
his store and then darted outside of the store

O lawyer: I rest my case your honor

T lawyer: Your honor may I be permitted to cross examin the witness Mr Dickinson.

Judge: Ill allow it

T lawyer: Mr Dickinson I was informed by your daughter that you would regularly drink a bottle or too
while woking late at night is that true?

Mr Dickinson: Yes bu—

T lawyer: Do you by chance remember if you had drank anything that night

Mr Dickinson: I did bu—

T lawyer: So you cant confirm nor deny that you saw Mr William that nigh if you drank and don’t have
such good eye sight

Mr Dickinson: Yes( sighs while covering his face with one hand in shame as he faces downward

T lawyer: Your honor I believe that my client is innocent in this case as he is a student with good grades
and a good heart, who would gain anything if he stole any measley object from Mr Dickinson

O lawyer: Objection your honor

Judge: On what grounds

O Lawyer: Objection of statement of his character

T lawyer: You cant be serious

O lawyer: Yes, you say that he is a person of good character but has affiliations with the Manji gang

Judge: Objection sustained

O lawyer: I would like to call Mr Williams to the stand

Marshall: Do you wish to say the truth and nothing but the truth

Mr William: Yes

Marshall: So help you god

O lawyer: Mr Williams please do remember that you are under oath, Mr Dickinson said that you were
with a man who had a headless angel tattoo, which is tattoo know through ut the area of being apart of
the manji gang is that true?

Mr William: Yes

O lawyer: Have you interacted with that man on multiple occasions

Mr Williams: Ye---

The court became silent

O lawyer: Elaborate

Mr William: There has been more casualites over the years since that gang gained more members over
the years and I already got my girlfriend pregnant so I just wanted to make our lives better by joining
and getting some protection

Mr Dickinson: w ww Wait m m my l ll little girl pregnant!

O lawyer: And you stole because of the initiation test

Mr William: Yes
