A. Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly 8:00 A.M.

Pambansang Awit: Ms. Rubelyn A. Ablazo
B. Roll Call:
The Barangay Secretary made a roll call and the quorum was declared by the
Presiding Officer. 11 Present, 0 Absent.
C. 1st Agenda: Appointment and Oath of Barangay Secretary and Barangay
Treasurer
Whereas, the appointee Ms. Rubelyn A. Ablazo to be Barangay Secretary
and Ms. Jenalyn N. Tapaya to be Barangay Treasurer of this Barangay; NOW
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Randy R. Nabor, duly seconded by Hon.
Diolita T. Rollo. It was, RESOLVED, to confirm the appointment issued by
the Punong Barangay, Magno C. Prudenciado.
D. 2nd Agenda: Electing Committee Officials
1) Committee on Health Genalyn M. Gallo
2) Committee on Peace and Order Rigen L. Derman
3) Committee on Law Randy R. Nabor
4) Committee on Agriculture Bernard P. Peraan
5) Committee on Finance Eva L. Prudenciado
6) Committee on Infrastructure Julius C. Lingling
7) Committee on Sports Romel G. Mekitpekit
8) Committee on Education Diolita T. Rollo
Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado, hereby moved to elect the assigned Committee
Officials and responsibilities of each Committee. This motion was seconded by
Hon. Rigen L. Derman. It was resolved to confirm the appointment of Committee
Officials by the Punong Barangay, Hon. Magno C. Prudenciado.
E. 3rd Agenda: Setting the Schedule of the Regular Session
Hon. Bernard P. Peraan propose to establish a schedule of regular session and
suggested that sessions to be held every first and last Monday of the Month at
Barangay Session Hall starting this Last Monday of November, 2023. To ensure
continuity and efficient functioning of Sangguniang Barangay.
Hon. Randy R. Nabor moved to approve the recommended schedule of regular
session, duly seconded by Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado.
The motion has unanimous approval.
F. 4th Agenda: Penalties for Non-Attendance (for further discussion)
G. 5th Agenda: Electing Purok Committees
Purok 1 – Hon. Julius C. Lingling / Hon. Bernard P. Peraan
Purok 2 – Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado
Purok 3 – Hon. Randy R. Nabor
Purok 4 – Hon. Rigen L. Derman
Purok 5 – Hon. Genalyn M. Gallo
Purok 6 – Hon. Diolita T. Rollo
Hon. Diolita T. Rollo, moved to commence the process of electing and appointing
Committees for the Purok (Community District). This Committees plays a crucial
role in overseeing community affairs and fostering better cohesion among our
residents. This motion was seconded by Hon. Genalyn M. Gallo
Received unanimous approval.
H. 6th Agenda: Other Matters
.1st Matter: Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado, instituting to have a flag ceremony
every first Monday of the Month. This motion was seconded by Hon.
Bernard P. Peraan.
Has unanimous vote.

2 Matter: Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado suggested or guide the Barangay
Secretary the standard procedure of every session.
There being no topic to be taken up, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon. On
motion of Hon. Randy R. Nabor, duly seconded by Hon. Julius C. Lingling, confirmed by
the Punong Barangay, Hon. Magno C. Prudenciado
