Compromise Petition

The plaintiff (Union Bank of India) and defendants (Jinesh P.P. and Purushan) have agreed to settle the bank's lawsuit against the defendants for Rs. 1,50,000. Under the agreement, the defendants will pay Rs. 25,000 by September 27, 2023, with the remaining Rs. 1,25,000 to be paid in four equal monthly installments over the next four months. If the defendants default on any installment, they will be liable for the full claimed amount plus interest and costs. IN THE ABOVE CASE

The plaintiff and defendants in the above numbered case have mutually
agreed upon and settled the above numbered suit on the following terms and
conditions:

1. The plaintiff and defendants have agreed to settle the plaint claim for
total sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only).
2. The plaintiff and defendants have agreed that towards the said amount
of Rs.1,50,000/-, the defendants shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- to
the plaintiff on 27-09-2023.
3. The plaintiff admits payment of Rs.25,000/- by the defendants on 27-09
2023 and the defendants admits that they received receipt for the
payment.
4. The defendants agreed that they shall pay to the plaintiff the balance
amount of Rs.1,25,000/-(Rupees One lakh twenty five thousand only)
withinfour months on four equal monthly instalments.
