1. Insert a new row above the records and type titles in the columns that describe the content of the
field. (Hint: First column: country , second:Capital,…)
2. In the title of the fifth column type the corresponding unit of measurement and delete it from the
column’s cells. (Hint: use the function of “Find and Replace” and replace the “sq km” with “ “
(space).)
3. Apply a table style.
• Once you have finished, save your file on the desktop inside your folder (Ahmad
Burhan G8A) and name it ‘Question 2.
B) In the previous question you had created a database table and saved it. Open it and by using
filtering and sorting find the answers for the below questions:
Hint: Each time you apply a filter or a sort click the” Undo” button to restore the table to its
original condition. Also, don’t save your work until you apply the last sort or filter.

3) Divide the below table into two separate tables. The first table (Authors) contains the authors (4

Then in Microsoft Access make a proper relationship between these tables:

4) Open Microsoft Word and answer the following questions below:
1. Create a document and add a Blank (three columns) Header, 0.9 cm from the Top. Edit the Header:
• In the first field type your City.
• In the second field type the phrase “Our Restaurant”.
• In the third field type the Date.
• Close the Header.
Then, add an Alphabet Footer 0.9 cm from the Bottom. Edit the Footer:
• Type the text “There are No Strangers Here, Only Friends we haven’t met Yet.”. Format it as you like.
• Format the page Numbering as you want.
• Once you have finished, save your file on the desktop inside your folder (Ahmad
Burhan G8A) and name it ‘Question 4.
5) Make a Microsoft Word Blank document and make 5 pages by page break then:
a. Add today’s date on the heading and page number on the footer
b. Differentiate odd and even pages
c. Change the background color and set the color as Red: 248, Green: 201 and Blue: 166 from the
RGB Color model.
d. Then add the Gradient effect with two colors. Leave the first color as it is and set the second
color as Red: 226, Green: 212 and Blue: 228 from the RGB Color model.
e. Add a shading style of your choice.
f. Add the pattern “Large checker board”.
g. Finally save the file as PDF format.
Once you have finished, save your file on the desktop inside your folder (Ahmad
Burhan G8A) and name it ‘Question 5.
6) Open Microsoft Word and type the below message. Insert the proper symbols in the correct
places! Use the Wingdings font in the Symbol window.

Albert Einstein1 was a German-born theoretical physicist who developed the general theory of relativity, one
