ClearCut MP Mill
Weatherford's ClearCut MP mill is specifically designed to mill out
industry-standard composite bridge plugs. It is engineered for the
greatest efficiency and fastest rate of penetration when used in
conjunction with Weatherford's downhole motors. The mill is dressed with
durable CustomCut™ tungsten carbide inserts to minimize drill times
while producing small, uniform pieces of debris that can be easily
removed. With proprietary rakes and chip breakers, the CustomCut
inserts are available in a variety of geometries to offer uncompromised
consistency.

technology, an engineered approach to milling that encompasses a wide
range of proven products, services, and technical resources. It is

The durable, five-bladed mill head is engineered for maximum
longevity and efficiency to ensure reliable, low-cost milling operations.
Inset with CustomCut tungsten carbide inserts, the blades are
configured to reduce torque and minimize drill time.
The optimized alignment of the CustomCut inserts produces fine
debris particles of consistent sizes, which facilitates debris removal
and expedites the milling operation, prolonging the life of the mill to
reduce additional trips when milling multiple plugs.
