The output from the flow meters is a number of pulses (positive flanks of the signal) per time. Each flow meter has an own pulse counter. There are two lubrication modes, one normal and one fast. Processing in Stand Still: * Fast lubrication enabled at manual command, pulse length 1 s, pulse interval 797. This lubrication function shall be active until oil droplet emerge from the return lines: before first start-up, and before start of the separator if the drive system of the machine has been dismounted Fast lubrication is stopped by manual command. Processing in Starting: * Upon a transition from Standstill to Starting, fast lubrication goes on for 4 min. If the number of pulses from the flow meters is below P102 during any 2 minutes (sliding), an alarm triggered and the system goes to Stop. * When 4 min has elapsed, fast Lubrication is turned off and normal lubrication is turned on with pulse length 3 s, pulse interval T90. If the number of pulses from the flow meters is below P103 during any 4 minutes (sliding), an alarm triggered and the system goes to Stop. Processing in all running modes modes: wow alfalaval.com
