Dear Madame,

This is to formally request the withdrawal of the criminal case with the
following details:

Case Numbers: I.S 6VI-11-INV-50G-000123-to-000123-A; and


I.S. 6-11-INV-50G-000234 to 000234-A
Accused: Bert Banate Y Alimodian
Charges: Violations of Section 10 of RA 7610 and Section 3 of RA7877

The complainant in the aforementioned case, hereby express the earnest


request for the withdrawal of charges against the accused, Bert Banate Y
Alimodian.

That upon careful consideration and after thorough reflection on the


circumstances surrounding the incident that led to the filing of this case, the
complainant have come to a decision that she wanted to live in peace and
privately and decided to formally withdraw the charges filed against the
accused.

That the decision is made voluntarily, without any coercion, duress, or


promises made to influence her judgment and is aware of the implications of
this withdrawal request.

In view of the foregoing, the undersigned most respectfully moves for the
withdrawal of the Complaint and other reliefs just and equitable under the
premises are likewise prayed for.
