Toy Box
Wagon
Instructions are for one wagon only,
you can build as many wagons as
you like. Two wagons makes a nice
little train (see graphic on page 1),
the more wagons the better your
train will be.
Start with the upper construction
of the Toy Box Wagon. The Floor
plate and the two side walls are the
first parts to cut and to glue together.
Ensure a smooth fit on the ends, if
necessary sand off. Cut the front and
back wall next and glue into posi-
tion. Lightly sand all over, (there
shouldn’t be any sharp corners on
children’s toys) – and the first box is
already built. Set aside.

Loco
Building the loco is as easy as build-
ing the wagon. There are just a few
more parts and a bit more sanding.
Cut the two parts for the floor plate
and the two parts for the side walls.
Glue the small floor plate part onto
one end, so there is an even space on
both sides. There should be 19 mm
(§?4") on each side. Glue the two side
walls flush with the end. The glued
on back wall creates a box. Cut the
seat to size and sanded the outside
top edges as per photo. The seat
should be glued into position after 140(5!?2)
the front wall is placed.
You have two options to make the
front wall. You can use 140 mm
(5!?2")wide lumber/timber and cut
