1. Đối với Seller

- Tạo VAT Invoice (Hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng)
 Đơn vị bán: CARGOTRANS + thông tin
 Người mua: tên đơn vị + thông tin

a. LOCAL CHARGE HÀNG NHẬP SEA (FCL/FCL):

+ Terminal Handling Charge (THC): phí xếp dỡ tại cảng => phí thu trên mỗi container để bù
đắp chi phí cho hoạt động làm hàng tại cảng, như: xếp dỡ, tập kết container từ CY ra cầu
tàu…
+ Delivery Order Fee (D/O): phí lệnh giao hàng (tính theo lô) => khi 1 lô hàng NK vào VN
thì consignee phải đến hãng tàu/FWD để lấy LỆNH GIAO HÀNG, mang ra ngoài cảng xuất
trình cho kho (hàng lẻ)/làm phiếu EIR (hàng container FCL) thì mới lấy được hàng. Các
hãng tàu/FWD phát hành D/O và thu phí này
+ Container Imbalance Charge (CIC or EIS - Equipment : phí phụ trội hàng nhập => phụ phí
chuyển cont rỗng, là phụ phí cước biển mà các hãng tàu thu để bù đắp chi phí phát sinh từ
việc điều chuyển (reposition) một lượng lớn cont rỗng từ nơi thừa đến nơi thiếu
+ Container Cleaning Fee: phí vệ sinh container
+ Handling Fee: phí xử lý hàng (tính theo lô)
+ CFS Charge: phí CFS -container freight station fee => phí khai thác hàng lẻ => mỗi khi có
1 lô hàng XNK thì các công ty Consol/FWD phải đóng xếp hàng vào cont hoặc dỡ hàng hóa
từ container đưa vào kho và sẽ thu phí CFS để bù đắp các chi phí ở kho (Công nhân bốc xếp,
thuê kho, giao nhận hàng hóa…)

b. LOCAL CHARGE HÀNG XUẤT SEA (FCL, LCL):

+ Terminal Handling Charge (THC): phí xếp dỡ tại cảng => phí thu trên mỗi container để bù
đắp chi phí cho hoạt động làm hàng tại cảng, như: xếp dỡ, tập kết container từ CY ra cầu
tàu…
+ Document Fee (phí DOC): phí chứng từ => phí mà hãng tàu/FWD thu để phát hành bill
cho khách hàng
+ Phí seal (phí chì) => trả cho chì niêm của mỗi cont
+ Phí telex (phí điện giao hàng): khi KH sử dụng bill telex (bill surrender), hãng tàu/FWD sẽ
thu phí telex, 1 số ít hãng tàu cho free phí này.
+ Phí CFS => mỗi khi có 1 lô hàng lẻ XNK thì các công ty Consol/fwd phải đóng xếp hàng
vào cont hoặc dỡ hàng hóa từ cont đưa vào kho và thu phí CFS để bù đắp các chi phí ở kho
(công nhân bốc xếp, thuê kho, giao nhận hàng hóa…)
+ Các phụ phí khác:
 WBS
 ENS => dành cho hàng xuất đi châu ÂU
 AFS/AFR => dành cho hàng xuất đi Japan và Shanghai
 ISF, AMS => dành cho hàng xuất đi Mỹ, Canada
+ EBS Charge: phụ phí xăng dầu
+ GRI Fee (phí tăng giá GRI)
+ Low Sulphur Surcharge at POL (phí giảm thải lưu huỳnh tại cảng xuất)

CÁCH ĐỌC GIÁ VÀ BÁO GIÁ

1. Có các giá sau:
- Cước (O/F)
- Phụ phí cước (FAF, LSS, OBS, LSR, WAR, BK..., rất nhiều loại phí)
- Local charge tại POL ( THC, DOC, SEAL, ENS)
- Local charge tại POD (có 1 số hãng có báo phí này, không cần báo cho khách, ko cần cộng
vào cước, khi nào khách hỏi mới báo)
2. Cách tính cước: Khi báo cước có thể cộng cước+phụ phí cước rồi báo.
Riêng mục về freetime/cước hàng nặng, cancel fee phải báo riêng. Lí do là chỉ hàng xin thêm
freetime, hoặc hàng nặng hơn cho phép, hoặc khi nào huỷ book thì mới mất
3. Cách mark giá Tối thiểu = giá mua + 5% = giá mua x1.05

VẬN ĐƠN

Hàng nhập:
người mua VN => fwd VN => Hãng tàu => fwd nước ngoài (agent) => người bán nước
ngoài

Hàng xuất:
người bán VN => fwd VN => Hãng tàu => fwd nước ngoài => người mua nước ngoài

 MBL - master bill: là vận đơn do hãng tàu (người có tàu) phát hành cho shipper thực
sự đứng tên trực tiếp trên bill (thường là fwd - người book chỗ trên tàu), thể hiện logo
của hãng tàu.
  HBL - house bill: là vận đơn do công ty forwarder phát hành cho real shipper (là người
bán, người cung cấp, người XK), trên bill thể hiện logo của công ty forwarder. =>
hãng tàu cung cấp cho forwarder MBL thì dựa vào MBL, forwarder sẽ tạo HBL cấp
cho chủ hàng.

VÍ DỤ: Lô hàng xuất khẩu từ TQ về VN

A: Nhà xuất khẩu (người gửi hàng thực tế) = DONGGUAN YINGDE TRADING Co.,LTD ở
China

B: Nhà nhập khẩu (người nhận hàng thực tế) = AN DUC BUSINESS AND PRODUCTION

C: Đại lý Forwarder xuất khẩu = B & C International logistics limited

C’: Đại lý Forwarder nhập khẩu = CARGOTRANS Co.,LTD

A và B thương lượng mua bán hàng hóa xuất khẩu từ cảng Ninh Bô sang cảng Hải Phòng.
Shipper A thuê công ty C vận chuyển hàng hóa, C liên hệ book tàu. Tàu được book là ASL.

Xem xét trường hợp: A không cần Bill gốc từ hãng tàu.

Hãng tàu ASL sẽ phát hành MBL cho công ty C, với thông tin Shipper: C và Consignee:
C’ và thông tin lô hàng. Khi tàu chạy, C phát hành HBL cho A, với thông tin Shipper: A và
Consignee: B và thông tin lô hàng.

Khi hàng đến cảng Hải Phòng thì hãng tàu tại đây sẽ gửi Thông báo hàng đến cho người
nhận hàng tại ô Consignee: C’ trên Bill ra nhận hàng.

Sau đó, C' sẽ liên hệ với B để mang hàng đến điểm đích cho khách hàng.

- DEM (demurrage charge) là phí lưu container tại bãi của cảng do hãng tàu thu. Bản chất
của DEM là cảng sẽ tiến hành thu phí của hãng tàu. Sau đó, hãng tàu sẽ thu lại từ khách hàng
và đóng lại cho cảng theo thỏa thuận riêng. Phí DEM được tính trên mỗi đơn vị container.

- DET (detention charge) là phí lưu container tại kho được đóng cho hãng tàu. Tương tự như
với phí DEM, phí DET cũng có chính sách miễn phí lưu container trong khoảng thời gian
(hoặc ngày). Phí DET được tính theo ngày và tùy thuộc vào chủng loại, kích thước của
container.

SALES:

1. mỗi tháng không gửi quá 2 lần cho khách

2. cty có nhiều địa chỉ email, thì mỗi email sẽ gửi đến 1 địa chỉ email,
 không gửi chung tất cả địa chỉ email vào 1 mail
3. mỗi mail gửi đi phải dear tên của người nhận (nếu biết). Hạn chế tối
đa việc gửi dear chung chung giống nhau
4. Nếu ko biết tên người nhận, có thể gửi cho tất cả địa chỉ email của
công ty đó, và dear Team ABC (ví dụ: Dear Cargotrans Team,)
5. cứ gửi 100 email, phải thay đổi tiêu đề mail 1 lần
6. cứ gửi 100 email, phải thay đổi nội dung thân email 1 lần (chỉ cần thay
đổi 1-2 câu)
7. tốc độ gửi mail cũng ảnh hưởng việc mail của các bạn có bị vào spam
của khách hay không. không gửi quá nhanh, quá nhiều mail trong 1 ngày
(không gửi quá 500 email/ngày)
