Circles ✓ A quality circle is a participatory management
technique that enlists the help of employees
in solving problems related to their own jobs.
Just like Quality Circles, “Safety Circles” will be
formed in Hydros.
✓ These teams will work together to discuss
safety observations reported and ensure
timely closure of the same.
