➢ For Contractual workers, at the time of joining Induction is carried out In this induction
working area SOP & Safety Precautions are covered and also informed about the Emergency
Evacuation Plan.
➢ Training sessions are conducted for contractual and regular employees on regular basis
i.e. minimum 4 trainings per month per worker
