Sto. Nino Elementary School in Agusan del Norte implemented three infrastructure projects using its special education funds (SEF) allocation for fiscal year 2023. NARRATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Sto. Nino Elementary School, located in the community of Barangay


Sto. Nino, Magallanes, Agusan del Norte, as one of the implementing arms of
the Department of Education in its threefold purpose in acquiring and
disseminating knowledge, wishes to provide its pupils with a venue that
promotes a creative and innovative learning environment. Thus, special
education funds (SEF) had of great help in realizing the statement above which
the school our children are enjoying now the benefits of the project
implemented in the fiscal year 2023.
To mention the project implemented and each budget allocated
based on the program of works are the following; First, Installation of PVC
Gutter of Covered Court and 3 buildings; 6-classrooms with the estimated
project cost of Forty thousand, ninety-five pesos only (40,095.00). The second
project was the Installation of window grills of a 1-building; 2-classrooms with
an estimated amount of Twenty-one thousand, eight hundred thirty-five pesos
only (21,835.00). The third Project was the Walling of Stage worth only
Fourteen thousand, two hundred twenty-five pesos (14, 225.00). The total
amount of the three-project implemented is worth seventy-six thousand, one
hundred fifty-five pesos only (76,155). The budget allocation was sufficient for
the three projects.
It is with great appreciation to the chairman of the SEF committee
Honorable Mayor Cesar “Bubu” C. Cumba, Jr., and your team members for
their extreme support and service in completing this project. And we are hopeful
that we will set new standards with our upcoming projects in the future.
