(1) Have you ever witnessed the radiant smile on the face of a long-distance runner? Running
for 10 kilometers or more might not immediately strike you as an enjoyable activity, but
this sport possesses a captivating allure. Once you give it a try, you'll find it challenging
to resist its addictive nature.
(2) What makes running so appealing? Personally, whether I'm engrossed in work or
studying, I find no better way to alleviate stress than through running. It allows me to
contemplate and unravel my problems, and by the end of a race, I often discover
solutions. Completing a half or full marathon elevates my confidence, leaving me feeling
on top of the world.
(3) If you're contemplating taking up running, it's important not to overexert yourself in the
beginning. Start by setting realistic goals and always warm up before your run. Investing
in a good pair of running shoes is crucial to protect your knees and back from potential
injuries.
(4) Furthermore, don't be discouraged by the expressions you see on the faces of
runners—those seemingly pained expressions are often accompanied by an unwavering
