At TOM House, we place utmost importance on maintaining a professional and respectful environment
for all employees and visitors. As we know, the dedicated efforts of our OSS members in consistently
maintaining the cleanliness of the office premises and washroom facilities. However, given our limited
OSS manpower, it becomes challenging for them to ensure constant cleanliness in the washrooms.
Occasionally, we have noticed instances where the washroom floors are left wet, and used tissues are
improperly disposed of on the floor.
To maintain a hygienic environment, we kindly request your cooperation in following these washroom
etiquette guidelines:
Leave the toilet cubicle in the same condition as you would expect to find it.
Always flush after use to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure sanitary products, paper towels, and other waste are disposed of in designated
containers.
Exercise care to avoid water spills while using the basin.
Help in preventing wet floors by taking care during handwashing.
Avoid extended periods of time in the washroom to allow access to others.
We emphasize the importance of maintaining these etiquettes to promote a healthy and comfortable
environment for all individuals utilizing our facilities. Please understand that these practices contribute
significantly to the overall well-being of our collective.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and your cooperation in upholding these standards is
greatly appreciated.
