2. In connection with the above references, submitted herewith are the daily
activities of the fifteen (15) Police Trainees of PNP-ACG SINAGTALAS 2022-02
undergoing Public Safety Field Training Program Investigation Phase at this station. Listed
below are the sequence of activities conducted from October 30, 2023 to November 04, 2023.

At about 5:00 in the morning of October 30, 2023, the fifteen (15) Police Trainees
together with their Field Training Officer attended the Morning Physical Accounting and
Devotion. Afterwards, said Police Trainees observed and assisted walk in complainants in
filing appropriate charges supervised by the investigator on case and PSMS Sean G Francisco,
Duty FTO under the guidance and supervision of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-
In-Charge, Dasmariñas Component City Police Station.

At about 08:30 in the morning of October 31, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards, said
Police Trainees attended a medical mission at Dasmariñas Custodial Police Station.
Furthermore, in the afternoon of the same date, said Police Trainees observed and assisted
walk-in complainants in filing appropriate charges supervised by the investigator on case and
and PSMS Sean G Francisco, duty FTO under the leadership and guidance of PLTCOL
SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-Charge, Dasmariñas Component City Police Station.
 At about 08:00 in the morning of November 01, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS were manned to designated public and private cemeteries for the conduct of
police visibility and security during the IMPLAN LIGTAS UNDAS 2023 with the direct
supervision of PSMS Bobby C Guway, PSMS Sean G Francisco, and PCMS Malvin Roy D
Ramos, duty FTO’s under the leadership and guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA,
Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas Component City Police Station.

At about 08:00 in the morning of November 02, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS proceed to their designated public and private cemeteries for the conduct of
police visibility and security during the IMPLAN LIGTAS UNDAS 2023 with the direct
supervision of PSMS Bobby C Guway, PSMS Sean G Francisco, and PCMS Malvin Roy D
Ramos, duty FTO’s under the leadership and guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA,
Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas Component City Police Station.

At about 08:30 in the morning of November 03, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards, said
Police Trainees observed the personnel under the investigation section with the direct
supervision of PCMS Malvin Roy D. Ramos, duty FTO under the leadership and guidance of
PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-Charge, Dasmarinas Component City Police
Station.

At about 08:30 in the morning of Novemberber 04, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards, said
Police Trainees observed and assisted walk-in complainants in filing appropriate charges
supervised by detailed investigator on case and PSMS Bobby C Guway, duty FTO under the
leadership and guidance of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-Charge,
Dasmarinas Component City Police Station.

Accounting and Devotion. Afterwards, said Police Trainees attended an orientation
regarding the use of PNP CIRAS with the direct supervision of PSMS Shean G.
Francisco, Duty FTO under the guidance and supervision of PLTCOL SOCRATES
S JACA, Officer-In-Charge, Dasmariñas Component City Police Station.
 At about 08:30 in the morning of October 31, 2023, PSFTP Class 2022-02
SINAGTALAS attended the morning physical accounting and devotion. Afterwards,
certain Police Trainees joined a medical mission. Furthermore, in the afternoon of the
same date, the said Police Trainees assisted investigation section personnel by
assisting walk-in complainants supervised by detailed investigator, and with the
direct supervision of PSMS Shan G. Francisco, duty FTO under the leadership
and guidance of and supervision of PLTCOL SOCRATES S JACA, Officer-In-
Charge, Dasmariñas Component City Police Station.
 At about 08:00 in the morning of November 01, 2023, PSFTP Class
2022-02 SINAGTALAS were manned to designated public and private
cemeteries for the conduct of police visibility and security during the
IMPLAN LIGTAS UNDAS 2023 with the direct supervision of PSMS Bobby
C Guway, PSMS Sean G Francisco, and PCMS Malvin Roy D Ramos, duty
