SUBJECT : After Activity Report Scheduled Daily Activities
DATE : September 25, 2017

1. Reference: Day 37 of Class instruction based on PNP Standard Training Package for
Field Training Program Police Trainee’s Guide dated 25 September 2017.

2. In compliance to the above reference, hereunder are the detailed after activity report
pertaining to the above reference.

3. At about 8:26 A.M, September 25, 2017, Police Trainee PO1 Francisco as outgoing
marcher together with the outgoing duty FTO turned over duties and responsibilities to Police
Trainee PO1 Severino as incoming Marcher of the day as well as duty Field Training Officers
SPO1 Calderon, SPO1 De Los Santos, SPO1 Lura and SPO1 Lastimoso.

4. At about 8:56 A.M of same date, Classroom instruction and lecture presented by
Team 1 with topic discussed “PNP Ethical Doctrine and Standards”, which started by a prayer
lead by PO1 Dela Pieza, and said activity ended at about 11:25 A.M.

5. At about 1:30 P.M, started our scenario on the topic discussed and ended at about
3:30 P.M.

6. At about 5:13 P.M, conducted Physical Accounting and preparing for dinner.

7. At about 9:53 P.M, formation for Physical Accounting for TAPS.

8. At about 5:00 A.M September 26, 2017 conducted Physical Accounting, and
preparing for physical conditioning, ended said activity at about 6:00 A.M.

9. Attached hereunder the action pictures taken during the activity for your reference.
