Registration requirement:
1. You are required to apply for a single entry visa from the Malaysian Embassy / High Commissioner in your country
before coming to Malaysia, for the issuance of the student pass under Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Please
email to val@ukm.edu.my for your VDR application. Under no circumstances must you enter the country without a
valid student pass/visa
2. Please complete all the admission requirement latest 2 week before the registration date. The failure of completing
the requirement will effect the online registration.
3. Please make the online registration on the date mentioned via http://guest.ukm.my
A candidate who has been accepted for admission shall register within the specified duration. However, a candidate who
has been accepted for admission but has not registered may apply to postpone his/her admission registration for a
duration of not less than one semester and not exceeding two semesters. The approval of registration deferment is
subjected to any change of the curricular, policies, regulations and other requirement, of whatever kind, that affecting
students. An application shall be made in writing to the Deputy Director, Center for Academic Management within four (4)
weeks from the date of the admission registration. If a candidate fails to apply for the postponement within the specified
duration, the offer will be revoked. This offer and your registration as a student are subjected to the UKM postgraduate
regulations and the program requirement.>
