Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing this letter, with a great interest, to express my enthusiasm in joining master’s degree
program in food and health, as I found that the curriculum, research approach, and the academic
atmosphere coincide with my goals and research interests. I am AMR, a dentist born and raised in
ELMAHALLA ELKUBRA , EGYPT.
Since teenage years, community service has been a part of my life. I am a member of a scout called
RESALA charity organization , through which, I participated in missionaries in Egypt. I volunteered in
Upper Egypt.
In my leisure, I am interested in sports and going to the gym regularly, supplementing my workout
sessions by following a strict diet I was a football player at GHAZL EL MAHALLA football club
I finished my high school with 98%. Then I started my studies in dentistry and graduated from Faculty of
dentistry Mansoura university in 2023 with excellent with honor. The university constituted of 5 years of
theoretical curricula as well as practical clinical sessions. My graduation project was in two phases; A
research paper done by two colleagues and myself, which was presented and given to the faculty Dean
and a professors committee. The second phase was the graduation project which was a Comprehensive
Care Case. A patient received a full mouth rehabilitation carried out by myself and a partner.
Beside that I got many courses at the field of nutrition throught my 5 years of university , I got a course
in basic of therapeutic nutrition which I learned elements of proper nutrition and how to access them
and the meaning and purpose of healthy nutrition. I also got a online course in introduction of food and
health from Stanford university for one month the last one in this field was course in nutrition and
health from UDEMY which I learned proper nutrition and healthy type of food so I worked as a
nutritionist at EL SAYED football club and freelance diet coach, My father is an agriculture engineering
that makes me have a great background about food and health and he always support me with
knowledge about this field and also My interest in sports, together with a biochemistry university class,
have given me an understanding of some nutritional concepts and how nutrients reach organs and
muscles.
As a believer that prevention is better than cure, I decided to direct my career by applying to a master’s
degree specified in nutrition, which is the corner stone of physical and mental well-being. Università
Degli Studi Di Padova ensure applied R&D activities; consequently, this aims to provide graduates with
the skills required and qualify them to the industry market. The community is culturally rich, that would
gain me an experience of exposing to different cultures, meeting new people with different mindset,
and practice my cross-cultural sensitivity. Moreover, Italy is a very breathtaking country as it is
considered one of the friendliest countries in the world and it has a high-quality life and it is known for
its high quality in food production. The Food and Health program will help me merge my interests in
medical studies, quality control, and nutrition. Furthermore, the degree will help me pursue a career,
either in direct contact with patients seeking preventive nutrition, or assuring the quality of food
production.; Therefore, it would be an outstanding destination for me to start my journey from. I would
say that I could be a right selection for your prestigious university as I am a highly enthusiastic one who
is working hard and seeking to make his goals attainable
