Cultural self

The culture that instruments me is the simplest of things saying “po” and “opo” doing the “mano” to the
elderly the famous Filipino time that we have and any other small Filipino cultures and practices I have
learned that our parent’s upbringing has a significant impact on their identity and the surroundings we
live in

Social digital self I don't usually post on social media platforms, but I'll post what I can, I tend to scroll
through social media more than posting, I also like, comment, and share other people’s posts. I do post
some picture of mine, sometimes. I have learned that it's not the only medium that you can use to
interact with people it is better to connect with people face to face rather than just talking to them
digitally

Material economic cells I don't consider myself a materialistic person if I had money to spend I would
spend it on food and Starbucks I have learned that material things can have an influence on people and
can change a person may be forced to be ashamed of what they have compared to others

Cognition memory and intelligence I only love to learn when the topic is interesting but it is convenient
to learn something different and new after all knowledge is power I have learned that are breaking so
much more than we can make it do it plays a vital role in everything that we do with this in mind we can
do what other people can

Human learning I prefer watching videos or anything with visual aids rather than reading learning I think
to get the lay of the land first before proceeding this gives me an idea of what I should do and how to
finish tasks I've learned that learning can be significant is location can help us in life by filling the gaps of
our curiosity as we seek more things to be curious about

Emotional intelligence my emotions influence all aspect of my life and stab lish my likes and dislikes my
feelings also affect my personality dates by evaluating what I do give circumstance I have learned that
we should understand our emotions because emotions play a significant role in their lives.

Innersole my family and some school activities give me time to connect with God although I don't
consider myself a religious person it is still worth exploring though I've learned that it is good to have a
thing to believe in also we can be spiritual without being religious

Connection with nature connecting with nature can be relaxing and can serve as a time to reflect on
yourself my family and I like to go to beaches and some parks like strawberry farm in Baguio I've learned
that we should care more about nature because it is all around us and a part of us without it we would
have nothing to leave and we would not survive

Discovering life's meaning for me discovering life meaning is to give sense to my life I look for the things
that will satisfy me I do things that I like as the more I do it the closer I will be happy in life I've learned
that I should care more about my well being because this will make us feeling satisfied with our lives
