Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions:

I. AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

In case of amendment, change of booking order must be made (72) hours prior to the date of arrival.
Failure of notification, a charge equivalent to (1) night shall be billed.

Should the client default in giving the required notice as specified, or the client fails to arrive, Victory
Events & Services reserves the right to charge late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the
contracted rate for one night for each room cancelled.

II. MODE OF PAYMENT

Full payment of all estimated charges (cash or check) will be required before guest’s arrival
date of booking/s.
