Resolution No. 1

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan held a special session on December 7, 2023. All SK members were present. They passed Resolution No. 1 to concur with the appointment of John Glenn B. Odinada as the new SK Secretary as proposed by the SK Chairperson. RESOLUTION NO. 1 SERIES OF 2023

RESOLUTION FOR THE CONCURRENCY OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) FOR


THE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN GLENN B. ODINADA AS SK SECRETARY OF BARANGAY
SALAY, MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, a new set of Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons and Sangguniang Kabataan


Members has been elected and constituted as a result of the Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) Elections held last October 30, 2023;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson is empowered to appoint a Sangguniang


Kabataan Secretary subject to concurrence of the majority of all Sangguniang Kabataan Members for the
smooth operation of the barangay government;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson has proposed the appointment of JOHN
GLENN B. ODINADA as Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan;

WHEREFORE, after the consideration and on motion duly moved and seconded;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to concur the appointment of JOHN GLENN B.


ODINADA as Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the appointee for her file,
the DILG Office, Local Youth Development Office and all other authorities concerned for their
information and guidance.
